Some cameras may come in either PAL or NTSC by default, but not both, depended on where you purchased the camera. Unfortunately, it can't be configured/altered by end-user. If your video display is not auto switch (NTSC/PAL), please make sure of your camera video type and choose the right setting on your monitor.
