Migali C-F50-NG Description
The 50-pound oil capacity in the Migali C-F50-NG commercial fryer makes it great for medium-volume applications. Because the burners are submerged in the frypot, they maximize heat transfer but can get in the way when employees are cleaning. The unit works well for breaded items because the crumbs can fall off into the cold zone—a section of the frypot below the burners that does not get as hot. Wire baskets are included with the fryer, and they have plastic-coated handles to protect against heat transfer.
Temperatures in this Migali C-F50-NG gas fryer are adjustable between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can accurately change and set this level on the electromechanical thermostat. The unit is powered by natural gas and has a built-in flue to direct excess heat and fumes to the hood vent. Because the frypot and cabinet are constructed of stainless steel, they resist rusting and increase strength.
