The Professional Line is specially developed for the catering industry. Traditionally, blends for retail (department stores' goods) and for HoReCa sales (hotel, restaurant, cafe) are roasted in Italy in different qualities. The higher quality line is always the BAR series for gastronomy customers. Espresso International stocks almost exclusively these qualities. Great attention is paid to the distribution of the beans. We are therefore very happy to be able to purchase HoReCa exclusively in cooperation with Caffe Trucillo. Matteo Trucillo, son of the founder, is responsible for this area and watches over the supply of his high-class beans. His demand for absolutely perfect roasting must also be reflected in the higher price segment.
May we introduce? Caffe Trucillo 100% Arabica
This blend combines only the finest beans from the best growing regions in Colombia, Honduras and Africa. The latter particularly contribute to the flavour diversity of this espresso. This is because the coffee plants are cultivated there at an altitude of over 1,500m. The UV radiation is very intense and the soil in this region consists mainly of clay. These factors ensure a high nutrient supply and a correspondingly aromatic development of the coffee beans.
After arrival, the washed raw beans are gently refined in a drum roaster. The reason for this is that each variety of bean has its own requirements and must be treated separately. This is the only way to achieve the best possible result. Trucillo's 100% Arabica blend is an incomparably delicious espresso with notes of honey, fruit, spices and citrus. The subtle fruity note is pleasant and not overbearing. A perfectly balanced and rounded espresso.
Correctly adjusted and prepared in a portafilter or in a fully automatic coffee machine, you are in for a wonderful taste experience.
Espresso International is the only supplier of this masterful espresso coffee for the private customer. Trucillo 100% Arabica is normally reserved exclusively for upscale restaurants.
