Beginning with the 2005 model years, Dodge opted to move the diesel lift pump from being mounted in the engine bay to inside of the fuel tank basket to help avoid the lift pump failures that had plagued them since 1998.5 model years. Overall, it was a positive move on their part as failures were reduced, but it was also quickly determined that especially for those looking to increase the horsepower of their trucks, even a little bit, this pump was completely inadequate. And to make matters worse, this new positioning of the pump inside of the fuel tank made upgrading that much more difficult. Fortunately, AirDog has a complete system that includes all of the components you'll need to make sure you'll never have to worry about fuel pressure again!
The AirDog II-5G is an all in one premium fuel pump and filtration system for your 2005-2018 Cummins diesel. This system removes water, particulates, and entrained air from the diesel fuel. The entrained air that is separated from the fuel is returned to the tank through a small return fitting. The fuel is delivered to the engine at the correct pressure and flow rate to meet the demands of the engine under all operating conditions.
The AirDogII-5G DF-165 systems feature a built in adjustible diaphragm pressure regulator. All AirDog II-5G systems include a complete installation kit. The AirDog II-5G, for this particular application, is preset at 17 psi from the factory for a stock application. The regulator is adjustible up to 55 PSI so you can fine tune the system to perfectly match up to your current and future performance upgrades.
HOW IT WORKS:
The AirDog II-5G DF-165 draws fuel through a 5/8” suction line to reduce the risk of cavitation at the pump. The fuel is then drawn through the water separator where 92% of water is removed per SAE spec 1488. It is then pressurized through a Gerotor pump and sent to the 2 micron fuel filter before it is sent to the injection pump. The air from aerated fuel, due to tank sloshing and engine return lines, is separated and sent back to the tank through the 3/8” return fitting. The excess fuel that the engine does not use is recirculated through the diaphragm regulator back to the suction side of the pump.

I’ve tried so many sugar-free gums, and this is by far the best option for anyone following a keto or strict carnivore lifestyle. It’s aspartame-free, has clean ingredients, and doesn’t leave that artificial aftertaste that most gums have. The spearmint flavor is fresh and long-lasting, and I love that it helps satisfy cravings without adding sugar or unnecessary carbs.

Great Xylitol Chewing Gum!

This review is for PUR Gum | Aspartame Free Chewing Gum | 100% Xylitol | Natural Spearmint Flavored Gum, 55 Pieces (Pack of 3). I got 2 of the 3-pack at the time because it was cheaper to do so than to get a 6-pack. Of course, the next day the 6-pack was cheaper lol. Anyway, this is great xylitol gum and not overly expensive like Zellie’s. I take 2 (which is one serving meaning 2g of xylitol) after “most” meals because it’s supposed to be good for my oral health. I chew one piece at a time for a couple minutes to prolong the sweet flavor instead of popping both into my mouth together. I like chewing these because they don’t harden up like some gums do. They stay soft throughout and I often forget and chew them for 15-20 minutes at a time. Anyway, I did the math and compared the PUR gum to other 100% xylitol gums out there and this one was a clear winner to me for the same benefits. I would totally recommend this gum and I like that it’s aspartame free! I’d give it a 5.0/5.0 - 03/20/2026.

Great taste but cannot use

First time trying for dental care. Really enjoy the taste only drawback taste doesn’t last long. However, it’s better than other sugar substitutes which my stomach does not like.
Glad I signed up for the three pack sub. Great product! Recommend.
May 16, 2026 Update: Unfortunately I cannot use this product after the initial trial every time I chew on these i experience stomach issues so the three pack I purchased will need to find someone that can use them or throw out.

Powerful lasting peppermint flavor & the xylitol fights plaque!

The gum has a powerful peppermint taste – very refreshing. The flavor lasts a long time. The main reason that I bought this gum is because it has 100% xylitol. Xylitol helps fight plaque buildup. I have only had the product one day, so I can't say that it works, but I read many reports before I bought the gum that xylitol is excellent for fighting plaque buildup. It also has no sugar. It's vegan and it has only five calories per two pieces. I have so far only chewed one piece at a time. One piece seems plenty for me. I've read that people need from six to ten grams of xylitol per day to effectively fight plaque. So, this gum needs to be chewed accordingly. Many people chew after every time they eat. I am happy with this purchase.
