Yamaha says that this IS the machine for Trance. Its awesome arpeggiators, filters and phrase sampling are proof of this claim.
First the sounds, they're just great! 64 voice polyphony allows for some thick sounds. Excellent (AWM2) Advanced Wave Memory samples provide emulation of classic analog synths is truly possible with the CS6x enhanced abilities. It has a Bit-depth switch which allows you to degrade its output creating 'Vintage' lo-fi quality sounds, which can be cool. And filters... the CS6x has the best one yet with 2,3,4-pole filters with 6,12,24dB slopes and low, hi and band pass filter types (see technical data below for specifics) for just about any imaginable filtration method you can use to shape its sounds. Condition:
- This unit has been used.
- This CS6X is in overall good condition! It shows general wear from use and age like some marks, nicks and scratches. All text is clear and legible. There is nothing which detracts from the use or sounds of this synthesiser.
- This unit has been thoroughly tested and we can confirm it is working as it should.
- This unit has had a brand new memory battery installed.
- Please be aware this unit is 100V. Please ensure you have the correct step-down transformer for your country before powering on this unit. If you have any questions or unsure about this please send us a message. We have some for use in Australia HERE.
- If you purchase from overseas, you may also need a step-down to use this item. Please get in touch before purchase if you are unsure about this.
- This sale is for the CS6X and pictured case only. No other parts, accessories or expansions / plug ins are included.
