If we don't receive personalization details, we will follow the product photo to complete your order. For multiple boxes going to different addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Q. Can I personalize the box with a different name?
A. Yes -- every box, badge, ID card, and tumbler is custom-printed with the name you provide at checkout.
Q. What tumbler colors are available?
A. The tumbler is available in white or black for the Premium and Explosion options. The Basic box does not include a tumbler.
Q. Can I send multiple boxes to different addresses?
A. Yes, but each address requires a separate order. Please place one order per shipping address.
Q. How long does processing take?
A. We typically ship within 5-7 business days. During peak wedding season, please allow up to 7 business days.
Q. Can this be given as a thank-you gift instead of a proposal gift?
A. Absolutely. This set works beautifully as a wedding day thank-you gift for your ring bearer as well.
Q. What if my item arrives damaged?
A. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging and we will make it right.
Q. Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
A. Yes -- we love working on custom orders. Please contact us before purchasing for custom quantities or unique design requests.
Q. Is there a matching flower girl box available?
A. Yes! We carry coordinating flower girl proposal gift boxes so your entire little wedding party can have a matching moment.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Tumbler: Hand wash only. Do not put in dishwasher or microwave.
- Do not scrub vinyl name with a sponge. Names are applied with professional premium grade adhesive outdoor vinyl -- not engraved or painted. Gently hand wash, avoiding the vinyl name and graphic, for the longest life.
- Accessories (badge, lanyard, sunglasses): Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth.

All NIMA Gifts orders are custom-made to order and ship from Atlanta, Georgia. Processing time is typically 3-5 business days. During peak wedding season (April through August), please allow up to 7 business days. Standard shipping transit time is 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
