Construction and Capacity: The crescent shaped design of the EAC Shark’s track allows for an even and consistent load during the pronation movement for Top Roll training. It’s designed to fully stimulate all the muscles during the pronation movement making it an extremely effective tool to train and strengthen the wrist and forearm. The EAC Shark can handle a maximum load of 250lbs.
