Ca’ Brione, created in 1986, is an alpine white shaped by the ancient geology of the Rhaetian Alps, where the collision of the African and European plates formed a mosaic of rocks that lend the wine its minerality and finesse. The blend includes Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Incrocio Manzoni—a delicate, aromatic crossing of Riesling and Pinot Blanc—along with a touch of Nebbiolo. All grapes are hand‑harvested, gently pressed, and aged on lees for six months before a brief rest and bottling. The vineyards lie on south‑facing slopes along the right bank of the River Adda, between 300 and 550 metres, rooted in shallow, sub‑acid sandy‑loam soils that enhance freshness and precision.

Pale straw with green reflections, the wine opens with elderflower and robinia, followed by peach, ripe pear and hints of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is full yet lifted by bright acidity, finishing with a clean, natural minerality true to its alpine origin.
