Suggested use

Let stand in water for 10 minutes to dissipate alcohol.
Take up to 3 times daily.
Can be added to water. Avoid taking caffeine two hours prior to taking Yewtip and avoid caffeine up to two hours after taking Yewtip,for optimal Yewtip absorption. Some folks take it full strength under the tongue.
