How to use

1. Pick any fire-proof container and pour the Sand Candle in.
2. Trim the provided wick and insert the wick 1/4" above the candle surface for optimal burn.
3. Light. Actual burn times may vary depending on the environment and wick placement.
4. When finished, discard the solidified layer to a biodegradable bin — or break it up and reuse.

Safety

• Always use a heat-safe, fire-proof vessel (glass, ceramic, metal). Avoid plastic or thin glass.
• Sand candles self-extinguish if tipped — the granular wax doesn't form a flowing pool.
• Never leave a lit candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
• Trim the wick to 1/4" before each lighting to reduce soot and flicker.
• If adding fragrance oils, use candle-safe fragrance only (1–10% by weight). Never use essential oils alone in the flame zone.
• Ensure adequate ventilation. Discontinue if the wick mushrooms or the flame becomes unstable.

• RSPO-certified palm wax: Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil certification verifies the wax is sourced without deforestation, peat destruction, or labor abuses. Candella was the first brand to use RSPO Palm Wax in the sand candle market.
• Reusable system: One pack of granules can produce dozens of candles. Compared to single-use jar candles, this reduces glass and wax waste per candle by ~80–95%.
