Lungo e coinvolgente, chiude con un finale di buona persistenza.Probabilmente si parla sempre troppo poco di una varietà che nelle Langhe rimane sempre in ombra, alle spalle delle denominazioni più note. Eppure a Dogliani la barbera ha ampiamente dimostrato di riuscire ad esprimersi al meglio, portando a vini sferzanti e piacevolissimi, di grande personalità. Langhe Barbera DOC dei Poderi Luigi Einaudi matura per circa un anno in botti di legno grande e piccolo, prima di un breve affinamento in bottiglia.
Ottima a tutto pasto, la Barbera dei Poderi Luigi Einaudi ben si abbina ad una grigliata mista di verdure.
