Giallo paglierino carico, al naso le note sono di frutti bianchi ben maturi con un sottofondo di agrumi. In bocca ritorna subito sul frutto, con una bella sensazione di morbidezza. Finale lungo e minerale.È la falanghina che vuole essere emblema del territorio, proveniente dalle vigne più vecchie, alle maggiori altitudini, dopo una macerazione molto breve a basse temperature affina per 6 mesi in barrique. In questo vino si intuisce tutta la potenzialità di questo vitigno che nonostante la tostatura delle botti conserva la propria identità e il proprio carattere senza essere influenzato dal legno. Unottima falanghina.
Vino versatile, da abbinare a primi piatti di pesce come un risotto ai fiori di zucca e gamberetti o a carni bianche saporite.

Change is not always better.
