Il Rosso di Montepulciano, DOC dal 1989, può da sempre essere prodotto anche semplicemente declassando le uve iscritte a Vino Nobile. Non a Poliziano, in azienda infatti è stata fatta una scelta senza compromessi: sono stati selezionati alcuni vigneti con caratteristiche peculiari per ottenere un vino giovane, fruttato, corposo ma non duro. È così che nasce il Rosso di Montepulciano, vino fragrante, fresco, di decisa personalità.

A tutto pasto, si sposa perfettamente con paste ripiene tipiche della tradizione toscana. Eccellente con i tradizionali pici al ragù.
