紅豆草莓是長勝配搭，但因為不喜歡食蛋糕很快出現飽肚感，將紅豆由泥狀的厚重感，轉化成若隱若現的輕柔感配搭草莓，卻費了我們不少心思。蛋糕體加入了日本十勝紅豆蓉和我們熬煮的紅豆原粒，為了令紅豆味更立體，鮮奶油夾層間也加入了些許軟糯的紅豆粒。

鮮奶油部分以少量紅豆蓉調色，還加入了日本大吟釀。我們選用的大吟釀是無過濾原酒，酒精濃度低，加入鮮奶油中並不會有明顯的清酒味，但大吟釀華麗爽快的特質令我們咀嚼草莓時提香不少。裝飾用到白玉和焙茶曲奇，令整個草莓季的體驗變得完整。
