When lifting your JL or JT, good front control arm geometry is vital to have smooth operation of the front suspension. JKS has engineered front correction brackets to adjust your control are geometry to put your arms (and axle) back in the sweet spot to help your suspension work more effeciently. Designed for use with 2"-4.5" lift kits the brackets improve control arm operating angle to mimic or improve on factory arm angles as well as improve anti-dive during braking. Lowering the control arm mounting point slightly places the arms closer to the axle mount which corrects caster and geometry caused by the lifted ride height. Two mounting hole positions correct geometry for given lift heights. Heavy duty, 1pc, fully boxed 7GA steel brackets install inside the factory upper and lower control arm mounts with the factory hardware. The fully gusseted design you extra confidence both on and off road. For ultimate performance, Control Arm Correction Brackets can be used with JKS adjustable control arms.
IMPORTANT NOTES:- Requires 2" of front bump stop extension for adequate clearance at full suspension compression. JKS 2" bump stop extension are available separately (#1120)
- Can be used in conjunction with JKS or other aftermarket control arms that can be set to factory length.
- Designed for use with 2"+ lift. Ideal lift range is 2"-4.5" but can be used up to 6".
- Do not combine with any other drop/relocation brackets
