What areas does it take care of: metabolism, blood pressure, stable blood sugars, reduce inflammation, migraines, depression and insomnia.
How much is needed: Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for over 30yr old (females, 2.3 grams) or (males 3 grams) however other lifestyle factors can be at play which determine how much you actually need. Learn more here

Potassium in a nutshell 
What areas does it take care of: muscle contractions, heart function, fluid balance, processing protein, metabolise carbs, reducing blood pressure, nervous system. 
How much is needed: there isn't a Recommended Dietary Allowance however health organisations worldwide have recommended consuming 3500mg (6g) 
How to prepare: mixed with cold water, sweetened and flavoured with Liquid Monk fruit or with Vital Zing water drops to suit personal tastes. 
When to take: with meals or immediately after eating.

Calcium in a nutshell 
What areas does it take care of: bone, teeth, mental health, body strength, cardiovascular, immune system, minimises risks of osteoporosis, high blood pressure, nervous system messaging between brain and body, blood flow, release of hormones and enzymes for body function. 
How much is needed: your body can only absorb 600mg of calcium in each dose, so that's 2.9 grams of Calcium Chloride.

When to take: take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or 30-45 minutes before a meal.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
