The JNF Swivel 360º degree satin grade 304 stainless steel hold open fixed power Size 5, to EN 1154, smooth CAM action DDA compliant hydraulic pivot set which is suitable for timber doors weighing from 40 to 200kgs/3000mm wide/4000mm high and with a minimum 50mm door thickness.
The minimum position for the top (with 5mm wiring cable pass through channel) and bottom pivot is 40mm from the door edge although it can be positioned anywhere towards the centre line of the door (see diagram shown above).
The stainless steel or PVD finished covered BH1 80 x 40mm bottom plate is suitable for concrete, timber and floors with underground heating which offers door adjustment +/- 3mm and also 4 degrees which enables the door to go tight to the ceiling noting that there will be a 6mm top and 14mm bottom gap.
The pivot can rotate through 360 degrees in both directions with hold open at 90 degrees in either direction with 10 degree soft closing speed adjustment made at the door face.
The JNF Dualmag Pro magnet with 52kgs holding force can be used in order to assist in keeping the door closed at 0 degrees in case of high pressure variations.
