Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect shedding. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum the full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

No Scent and Gentle

I broke out in a case of Perioral Dermatitis recently and bought this product to help before I could see my doctor. Avene Tolerance facial cleanser has no scent and is very gentle on my skin. It didn’t burn when washing with this product, and even helped to slough off the dead skin around my lips. My face feels clean, not dry. I am still going to see my doc to get an RX for the inflammation, but I do believe this product helped to alleviate the dryness and tightness of my skin and lips. I’ve used other Avene products and I’m very happy with them. Even though these products are more expensive, to me they are well worth the money because they are much more gentle on the skin than any other products I’ve used. I will buy this product again just because of the fact that it’s so gentle. PS: at the time of purchase for this product, I also bought Avene’s Tolerance Control Skin Recovery Cream (you don’t need to use a lot of this one on your entire face), and Avene’s Cicalfate for lips. Between these 3 products, my lips and skin feel a lot better (however, I will still see my doctor because I have Crohn’s Disease and Perioral Dermatitis is considered an extra-intestinal side effect of Crohn’s).
