Our Story

In our Queens atelier, the Virel Half Eternity was designed as the answer to a question we kept hearing: is there a baguette band that doesn't look like every other baguette band? The horizontal orientation was the answer. By rotating the stones 90 degrees — setting them parallel to the finger rather than perpendicular — the Virel Half Eternity creates a band that is immediately recognizable as something different: a continuous ribbon of rectangular light that flows across the top of the hand rather than a series of individual stones marching around the finger. The half eternity setting was chosen for practicality: a band this beautiful should be wearable every day, and the plain gold shank ensures it always will be. Named for the same Old French root as the Virel Baguette — that which binds, that which holds — the Virel Half Eternity is a band built for a lifetime.
