High-Output Powertrain

The heart of the HKM-103635 is a robust 6500W brushless DC motor, tuned specifically for off-road performance. Instant torque delivery eliminates the lag found in traditional combustion engines, giving you explosive acceleration from a standstill. A sine wave controller ensures smooth power modulation, reducing jerky throttle response and enhancing traction on loose surfaces. The powertrain is fully sealed against dust and water splashes, meeting IP65 standards for critical components, so creek crossings and muddy trails won't slow you down.

Removable High-Capacity Battery

A 72V 30Ah lithium-ion pack provides 2160Wh of energy, carefully optimized for sustained trail riding. Depending on terrain, riding mode, and rider weight, you can expect a real-world range of approximately 41 – 62 miles (66 – 100 km) on a single charge. The battery uses automotive-grade 21700 cells and an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors temperature, voltage, and current in real time, protecting against overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuits. The pack is removable, allowing you to charge it indoors or swap in a spare for extended adventures.

Smart BMS Protection

Active balancing, temperature cutoff, and cell-level monitoring guarantee longevity and safety.

Eco / Sport / Turbo Modes

Selectable power delivery to prioritize range or maximum adrenaline with a handlebar switch.

Lightweight Alloy Frame & Adjustable Suspension

A twin-spar aluminum alloy frame keeps dry weight at just 165 lbs (75 kg), making the bike nimble and easy to maneuver in tight single-track or rocky climbs. The front end features an inverted fork with 8 inches (203 mm) of travel, while the rear monoshock provides 9 inches (229 mm) of travel, both fully adjustable for compression and rebound damping. A ground clearance of 12 inches (305 mm) allows you to roll over logs and ruts without hesitation. The wheelbase spans 55 inches (1400 mm), striking a balance between high-speed stability and low-speed agility.

Braking & Traction

Stopping power comes from hydraulic disc brakes with 220 mm rotors front and rear, offering precise modulation and fade-free performance even during aggressive downhill runs. The 19-inch front and 18-inch rear off-road tires (70/100-19 and 80/100-18) feature deep, self-cleaning tread blocks that grip loose dirt, gravel, and hardpack equally well. A lightweight spoked wheel set absorbs impacts and reduces unsprung weight for better suspension response.

Digital Instrumentation & LED Lighting

A backlit LCD display sits behind a protective lens, clearly showing speed, battery state of charge, odometer, trip meter, and selected riding mode. The display is daylight-readable and automatically adjusts brightness. An integrated LED headlight provides a sharp, wide beam for twilight rides, while the LED taillight enhances visibility to others. All lighting and electronics are powered directly from the main battery, eliminating the need for separate wiring or auxiliary batteries.

Built to Endure

Every component has been selected for rugged off-road use. Stainless steel fasteners resist corrosion, while high-impact plastic body panels shrug off roost and branch strikes. The ergonomic seat, set at 34 inches (864 mm), accommodates a wide range of rider heights and allows easy weight shifts during aggressive cornering. The bike supports a maximum payload of 265 lbs (120 kg), making it suitable for adult riders carrying gear.

Ride Responsibly, Explore Quietly

Electric propulsion means near-silent operation, allowing you to enjoy nature without disturbing wildlife or other trail users. The absence of exhaust emissions makes this bike permitted in areas with strict environmental regulations. Regenerative braking contributes to energy efficiency during deceleration, subtly extending your range on hilly descents. The HKM-103635 is a modern solution for riders who demand performance without compromise.

Great watch, but serious design flaw; Not expedition worthy.
Color: Black/Black/Brown
This is a great watch. Love the metal casing, band, and aesthetic design. Although it looks and 'feels' rugged, it is not worthy for the man of adventure. Let me explain. The middle knob of the watch (the main knob that you push for light/pull to set time) is a bit large and too exposed for its own good. This makes the knob vulnerable to any stress. Example, if you flex your wrist/hand backwards throughout your adventures, whether pushing yourself off the ground or climbing over rocks, the back of your hand places pressure on the knob. The knob eventually reacts to this stress by breaking off. The knob has a little metal stem behind it that appears to be made of lower quality metal. This knob is crucial to the watch as it is used to set the time (by pulling and turning knob). Without it, the watch is useless regarding time. If you are having difficulty understanding the hand/wrist stress, think of yourself in a push-up position while wearing the watch. The back of your hand places stress on the knob which is exacerbated by the angle of the watch strapped in that position. Perhaps I had a fluke, but this same problem happened on 3 watches. Yes, I loved this watch so much, that I purchased it 2 more times. The knob on the first one broke after being in the field doing archaeology, the second in an outdoor adventure, and the 3rd occurred by simply pushing myself off the floor after lying down. The knob broke off in all 3. This is a design flaw combined with low quality metal for the metallic rod behind the knob. If you look at a few other Timex 'expedition' models, you'll see the case is molded to the sides of the knob, protecting it from stress. This particular model could use something like that. I really loved this watch and still do. But I cannot recommend it to men who do active things. If you have a simple life working in the office and come home to the couch, this watch will suit you fine. For all others who move their hands in all sorts of directions, beware of this watch.

Great starter Field Watch. Rugged but simple and elegant.
Color: Black/Black/Brown, Color: Black/Black/Brown
I've been wanting to own a field watch for a while. I never got used to smart watches anyway, so I decided to go for a good brand that doesn't cost too much. I decided for this Time Expedition because it gas a good balance between rugged looks, simplicity and elegance. It's perfect for wearing every day, but also great for when you need to dress up as well. If you are planning on getting this watch, be aware that the seconds are tracked on the small dial at the bottom. The large "seconds" hand it's meant for the chonograph feature, so it will sit static at the zero mark until you start the chonograph. You also need to set it up out of the box. It's a simple process to set up the time, the date and reset the small dials in the zero position. The watch came without a manual, but there are plenty of videos on Youtube showing how to set up and use this exact model The band is simple but elegant. It looks like nobuck but it's not really real leather. I can't say how durable it is yet or how long it will look over the time, but Timex is respectable enough so I expect this band to last several months. It can be replaced and there are lots of aftermarket options so I don't worry about this. As other Expedition watches, it also comes with the Indiglo feature. You can activate night mode by pushing down the main button, then the entire face lights up. When using this feature, I noticed that the hands (being white) do not have a good contrast against the lit up face, but you get used to it. The hands themselves are bright under low-light conditions, so you don't really need the Indiglo feature unless you need to see other details from the watch Anyway, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Did not arrive in original packaging, though I do like the watch.
Color: Black/Black/Brown
The watch is great, I love it. I've had it for a week now and it's comfortable, functional, and stylish. However, I'm giving it only 3 stars because of how I received it. It was delivered in a ziplock sleeve with the warranty sheet stuffed in a bubble wrap package. I bought what was described as a new product, but it did not come in the original package, nor owners manual. I had to find the manual from the manufacturer's website in order to set the dang thing!! It begs the question... Did I really receive a genuine Timex timepiece? Either way, so far I'm happy with the product with the exception that the second hand on the stop watch sits about half a click left of noon. I have not yet tested the water resistance, which I'm a little apprehensive about since there seemed to be some sort of light colored lubricant or seal around the crown. I'll have to try it before my time frame for returns has passed. All in all, I would buy it again, just not from amazon fulfillment! UPDATE: I haven't worn the watch in over a year because the crown used to set the time has popped off. Spent no small amount of time trying to find a replacement, but I can't find good measurements for it. Would have to have access to an assortment and go by trial and error.... I guess it still deserves 3 stars?

Takes a Licking and Keeps on Ticking
Color: Green/Black
I love this watch despite the fact that it is really a toy. I love the look of the watch, I love how lite the weight of the watch is on my wrist, and it really does keep good time if you manage the solar charge properly. Other than looking cool on your wrist, this watch has absolutely no functions other than time keeping. The black plastic bezel is molded into the case and does not turn, so don't plan on using that. The watch has no light, the dial numbers are non-luminous and the hands are very limited in terms of luminosity. No buttons. All you can do is adjust the time and date by pulling out what used to be a winding stem in the good old days. The small tag on the strap with Geographic coordinates shown on it indicate the location of the old Timex manufacturing facility (SW of Waterbury, CT). I have a nice ledge at my bedroom window and it gets good western sun for a good part of the day regardless of the time of year. On this ledge you will find a half dozen solar powered watches (mostly Casio) properly aligned to maximize the charge they may receive each day. Note that the description for this Timex watch specifically states that a lightbulb won't charge this watch. You need direct sunlight for several hours if you want to get more than a 3-week charge into this watch. So, I'll leave you with a couple of tips, my friends; 1.) If you are looking for a first watch to give your outdoorsy oriented Son or Daughter, then give them this one. Why? Because it is cool looking, fairly well built, and it actually works, 2.) After you receive your Timex watch, be sure to keep the display mount it is packaged with. It makes a great fixture to mount your watch on for charging and allows you to maximize the position of the solar cells on the dial so that you can optimize charging time. Have Fun! Jimmy

Excellent value, flawless performance for well over a year and no signs of quitting.
Color: Green/Black
Excellent value, had this for well over a year and it still keeps perfect time, still water resistant. No worries about having to change batteries. Owned a fancy expensive (battery) watch once and the dept. store repair intentionally sabotaged the watch in the hopes I would purchase another from them. Yeah, good luck with that, lost my business forever. This is the 21st century, cell phones are the new time pieces, but solar is totally reliable and Timex makes it happen. Holds a charge for many months, although I prop it in a bright window for a few days every few months or so just to make sure the cells are always fully charged, although it's probably unnecessary, just being over cautious. I haven't actually experienced this watch ever running out of power even after months of use. Damn impressive, as it should be.
