300mg caffeine plus aggressive thermogenic support in one capsule

Hard Rock Supps Co. 100 EPH is a high-stim thermogenic capsule with one clear dose and some hidden helpers. Once you cut through the fancy names, it's all about boosting alertness, drive, nervous system kick, and workout intensity. It's not about pumps or recovery – it's straight-up stimulation. The star is 300mg caffeine anhydrous per capsule. That's a solid hit that ramps up wakefulness, energy feel, and gym output for most people.

Caffeine is the heavy hitter here with tons of backing. It blocks adenosine receptors – that's the stuff that makes you feel tired – so you feel more alert and workouts seem easier. Studies show it boosts endurance and fights fatigue. At 300mg, you'll notice it in 15-30 minutes: sharper mind, warmer body, and more motivation. Smaller folks or stim-sensitive types might find this plenty strong.

The other ingredients amp up the stim and thermogenic effects around that caffeine. There's Ephedra viridis, but unlike old ephedrine supps, you don't know the exact active amount since it's not listed. 2-phenylethan-1-amine is phenethylamine, a quick mood and urgency booster, but without a dose it

Hard Rock 100 EPH by Hard Rock Supp Co contains 300mg Caffeine (Anhydrous), a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 300mg caffeine anhydrous per capsule – that's a strong, straight-up dose, not buried in a blend. Caffeine has the best research here, showing it boosts alertness, cuts fatigue feel, amps endurance, and extends time to exhaustion.
  • Capsule format with 100 servings – easy for on-the-go, early sessions, and no mixing powders. One pill gives the full punch, keeping it simple.
  • Made as a real high-stim thermogenic, not some weak daily energy thing. It's all about firing up your system, so you feel energy, urgency, warmth, and less hunger – not pumps or stamina perks.
  • Ephedra viridis is in there for that classic thermogenic vibe. Heads up: just having it doesn't mean old-school ephedrine power, and the amount isn't fully shown.
  • Phenethylamine-style boost from 2-phenylethan-1-amine. This kind usually ramps up quick mood, drive, and stim feel, but we can't pin down the exact effect without a listed dose.
  • Yohimbine-like alkaloid from 17α-hydroxyyohimban-16α-carboxylic acid methyl ester. It often adds a sharper, more intense edge, especially fasted or in a cut.
  • Multi-stim setup layers the effects for more than just a caffeine buzz. You get urgency and heat that's stronger for folks who handle stims well.
  • Great for cuts when low calories kill your drive. That 300mg caffeine helps keep you alert and makes effort feel lighter during cardio or lifts.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned dieters in fat-loss mode needing workout fire on low calories. 300mg caffeine drives you, extra stims add aggressive thermogenic punch over basic burners.
  • Early risers training pre-meal, wanting a quick capsule without powder hassle. It's for fast stim, not pumps – perfect if you need to get going quick.
  • High-tolerance stim fans who know caffeine and yohimbine responses. Combines 300mg caffeine with hidden stims for those comfy with big hits.
  • Physique folks prepping cuts, seeking hunger control, urgency, thermogenic edge. Not for building muscle – it's about keeping output high when leaning out.
  • Fasted cardio doers wanting hard, dry energy over smooth nootropics. Profile leans to activation and heat, not hydration or pumps.
  • Shift workers or busy types training post-long days, needing energy catch-up. One capsule's 300mg caffeine hits without scoops or big drinks.

How to Use

Start with 1 capsule 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or energy needs. It's high-stim with 300mg caffeine, so test tolerance without other stims. Swallow with 8-12 ounces water; hydrated feels better for hard sessions. Light meal softens it, empty stomach sharpens. Don't mix with other burners, pre's, or high caffeine unless planned. Stacks well with non-stim basics like creatine, electrolytes, or pumps. No loading, so cycle for tolerance: use for key sessions or cuts. Store cool, dry, lid tight – skip hot cars or damp bags.

What to Expect

0-10 minutes: Not much yet, just knowing you took a stim pill, especially with water and light food. 10-20 minutes: Caffeine hits with rising alertness, less fog; sensitives feel warmth or mood edge. 20-45 minutes: Peak window – energy, urgency, heat stand out. 45-90 minutes: Still strong, but depends on tolerance and hidden blend. Day 1: Obvious stim kick, no loading needed. Week 1: You dial in tolerance and timing. Weeks 2-4: More familiarity or tolerance build, not deeper effects.

Key Ingredients

  • Caffeine (Anhydrous) — 300mg — Clinically relevant stimulant dose for energy and performance

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Hard Rock Supps Co. 100 EPH?

Each 1-capsule serving contains 300mg caffeine anhydrous. That is already a strong stimulant dose on its own, before accounting for the rest of the formula's undisclosed stimulant-supporting ingredients.

Is 100 EPH a pre-workout or a fat burner?

It sits much closer to the thermogenic fat-burner category than a balanced pre-workout. The formula is built around stimulation, energy, and thermogenic support, not pump ingredients, hydration compounds, or clinically dosed endurance actives.

How should I take 100 EPH for training?

Take 1 capsule with water about 20-30 minutes before training or cardio. Most users prefer to avoid other caffeine sources around that serving because the formula is already high-stim at 300mg caffeine per capsule.

Can I use 100 EPH for fasted cardio?

Yes, that is one of the most logical use cases for this type of formula. The caffeine and stimulant-oriented blend are designed to create a stronger thermogenic, energized feel, which many users prefer before low-intensity or moderate-intensity fasted sessions.

Is this formula beginner-friendly?

No, not by modern sports nutrition standards. A disclosed 300mg caffeine dose plus multiple undisclosed stimulant ingredients makes this more appropriate for experienced users with known tolerance.

Does 100 EPH contain ephedrine?

The verified label lists Ephedra viridis, not a clearly disclosed ephedrine amount. That distinction matters: the product uses ephedra-associated positioning, but the exact active alkaloid contribution is not transparently disclosed in the available label data.

Why are so many ingredients listed by chemical names instead of common names?

This label uses chemical nomenclature for several actives, which makes the formula harder for the average consumer to interpret. From a transparency standpoint, that is a downside compared with open-label formulas that print common ingredient names and exact doses.

Can I stack 100 EPH with a regular pre-workout?

Usually not a good idea unless the pre-workout is stimulant-free. Since 100 EPH already provides 300mg caffeine and additional stimulant-style compounds, stacking it with another caffeinated product raises the risk of excessive stimulation.

Does this product need to be cycled?

Cycling is sensible because the formula's benefits are mostly acute stimulant effects, not loading-based benefits. Over time, caffeine tolerance can reduce the subjective impact, so many experienced users save it for harder sessions or cutting phases.

What side effects are most likely with 100 EPH?

The most common issues with a formula like this are jitters, rapid heartbeat, sweating, anxiousness, appetite suppression, and sleep disruption if taken too late. Those risks are driven primarily by the 300mg caffeine dose and the added stimulant-style blend.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

4.25 stars

Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.

That ending 😫
Format: Kindle
I fell into a false sense of security and really thought this was gearing towards a happy ending. Then I realized there’s no work they don’t punish Andrew. I really liked Vale’s character. I don’t normally read books with pregnancy but going into this knowing she was pregnant made it more enjoyable for me. I loved Bishops devotion to her and her happiness. I also loved that Holt and Mercy couldn’t fight their attraction to her. I love scent matches so very much. I’m so curious to see how this duet will end up. And I need to pay more attention and notice that a book I’m starting is a duet to begin with lol
