The Squids 3755 Self-Adhering Tool Tethering Tape Trap™ provides a secure and efficient method of attaching Tool Tails™ to hand tools for safe tool tethering. The Tape Trap™ simplifies the installation of tool lanyards by creating retrofit tether points on hand tools that lack manufactured attachment points or captive holes. The innovative, self-adhering feature eliminates the need for additional adhesives, tools or heat sources during application—leaving no sticky residue or damage to the tool when finished being used.
Crafted from fiberglass-reinforced construction, this tethering solution prioritizes durability and high strength. The design also incorporates cut- and puncture-resistant qualities, providing resilience in challenging work conditions. Beyond safety features, this tool tethering solution enhances user comfort by adding an improved and ergonomic grip to tools. Available in a 12ft // 3m roll, the Tape Trap™ offers flexibility in length for a variety of applications.

This Tape Trap™ is third-party certified to 15lbs // 6.8kg maximum capacity (depending on length, tool, tail and lanyard used) and meets the ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 standard with all required labeling.
