The Makita HS011 XGT 40Vmax BL Circular Saw has been designed for precision rip cutting of 3-1/2in (89mm) thick 4 x timber. Its large size brushless motor delivers high power, similar or superior to corded models. Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) shuts down the tool if the rotation speed suddenly slows down. There is also an electric brake and anti-restart function.
The XGT 40Vmax range is equipped with special electronics providing digital communication between tool, battery and charger. This allows the charger to provide the optimal charge to the battery depending on the status of the battery, whilst the tool can respond to the status of the battery by optimising performance to the battery level.
Utilises the Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS): connects to compatible dust extractors with Bluetooth®. The dust extractor automatically runs while the switch is on. A rotatable dust nozzle diminishes the loss of the convenience of the cordless mobility caused by the hose when the saw is connected to a dust extractor.
Supplied as a Bare Unit - No Battery or Charger supplied.
