Color salmone. Al naso è fine e delicato; si esprime con note di agrumi, pesca, melone e cenni di spezie. Vino dalla chiara timbrica mediterranea, fascinoso e perfetto per allietare le serate estive, sarà una piacevolissima scoperta, soprattutto per gli amanti del rosé.
Ottimo in abbinamento alle preparazioni di pesce della tradizione mediterranea, ben si sposa anche con il salmone affumicato.
