The design also celebrates the people of the town, featuring the names of:

- Players from the club’s Junior Vikings rugby league teams
The cream and deep maroon colour scheme pays tribute to historic club colours dating back to 1888, from the early days of rugby league in the town at the Victoria Pleasure Grounds.
