9g Citrulline, 3.2g Beta-Alanine, extreme fully disclosed stim energy

Panda Supps Pandamic is a straight-up high-stim pre-workout with everything out in the open. The idea is simple: build a solid base for performance, then add a kick-ass stim and focus mix to make your lifts feel intense. Lots of 'extreme' pres are just caffeine bombs with skimpy support hidden in blends. This one skips that. It starts with real pump and endurance stuff, then layers on stims and brain boosters for a sharper, harder workout.

The main player is 9,000mg L-citrulline malate 2:1. That's a big dose. Citrulline turns into arginine in your kidneys better than taking arginine straight, which pumps up nitric oxide for wider blood vessels. Basically, you get better blood flow, fuller muscles, and more oxygen and nutrients hitting where you need them. Even with the malate part, this is in the sweet spot for real pump and performance, way better than the usual 3-6g stuff. Beta-alanine at 3,200mg is the go-to dose for building carnosine in your muscles over time. Carnosine fights the acid that builds up and makes you burn out in long sets or tough reps. This is solid for endurance.

Betaine anhydrous at 2,500mg is another winner. That's the dose studies use for power, work capacity, and keeping cells hydrated. Betaine pulls water into cells and helps with methyl stuff that ties into performance. In the gym, it often means a stronger, denser feel during back-to-back sets. Sodium is modest at 35mg from

Panda Pandamic Extreme by Panda Supps contains 35mg Sodium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 9,000mg L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 — a big-time pump dose that boosts nitric oxide through the arginine path. This is the kind that actually makes your training feel different, not just looks good on the label.
  • 3,200mg Beta-Alanine — the standard dose that builds up carnosine in your muscles. That's key because carnosine fights the acid burn in high-rep sets and intense efforts, letting you push longer.
  • 2,500mg Betaine Anhydrous — right at the dose from performance studies for power, output, and cell hydration. It gives you a solid athletic edge instead of just stims faking the performance.
  • 350mg Caffeine Anhydrous — a real high-stim hit that kicks in fast and fires up your nervous system. This creates serious energy and drive even before the full stack hits.
  • 200mg Theobromine — a smoother stim that pairs with caffeine for milder energy, better blood flow, and easier breathing. It makes the buzz feel wider and longer-lasting than caffeine by itself.
  • 50mg Synephrine HCl — a strong addition that puts this in extreme territory. It adds that fired-up, heat-building feel that experienced users love in a high-stim pre.
  • 750mg L-Tyrosine — there to help make brain chemicals when you're under stress. In tough workouts with big stims, it keeps you focused and locked in, not fading out.
  • 400mg Alpha GPC 50% — gives about 200mg real Alpha GPC for better focus and brain support. It's not the max dose, but it sharpens concentration and muscle connection over just stims.

Panda Pandamic Extreme by Panda Supps contains 35mg Sodium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Experienced bodybuilders in growth phases who want workouts to feel huge, full, and aggressive from the start. 9g L-citrulline malate brings visible pumps, 3.2g beta-alanine and 2.5g betaine hold output in high-volume days.
  • Powerbuilders doing heavy lifts plus accessories. 350mg caffeine and 200mg theobromine give stim push, with citrulline and betaine supporting once it's past pure strength.
  • Advanced users who handle high stims and want more intensity than basic pres. Synephrine, dendrobium, high mucuna make it feel stronger and more tuned than caffeine alone.
  • Early morning trainers needing quick start and purpose. Caffeine hits fast, tyrosine keeps focus, Alpha GPC sharpens when you're not fully awake.
  • Folks with dense sessions and short rests who drop off late. Beta-alanine buffers over time, betaine and citrulline keep quality up as fatigue builds.
  • Lifters who want real mind-muscle link, not just buzz. Tyrosine, Alpha GPC 50%, mucuna give deliberate focus over simple high-caffeine stuff.

How to Use

Try half a scoop first if new to this or high-stims. Full scoop has 350mg caffeine, 200mg theobromine, 50mg synephrine — check tolerance. Take 20-30 minutes pre-train for caffeine to align with the rest.

Mix in 10-16 oz cold water, shake like crazy for even mix. More water if you want milder taste or less tingles, but don't skimp on shaking. Best on empty or light stomach — big meal dulls the hit. No stacking with other stims unless managing total. Add creatine or intra hydration since this lacks creatine and has low sodium. Use every train day for beta-alanine consistency, but cycle for tolerance. Store sealed, cool, dry.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: drink goes down easy, then stim signs start. Beta-alanine tingles can pop at 3.2g if you're prone. Minutes 10-20: caffeine hits clear, mind sharpens, formula feels alive with theobromine building. Minutes 20-40: peak time — energy, focus, pump all mesh for urgent, productive lifts. Minutes 40-90: still supported, citrulline flow and theobromine smooth it out without a big drop. Days 1-7: mostly stim, focus, pump upfront, beta-alanine loading quiet. Weeks 2-4: carnosine builds, tough sets feel easier, efforts hold up better.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Panda Supps Pandamic per serving?

Each full scoop delivers 350mg of caffeine anhydrous. That is a high-stim dose on its own, and the overall experience is intensified further by 200mg theobromine and 50mg synephrine HCl.

Is Pandamic a beginner-friendly pre-workout?

No. This is best suited to experienced users because the stimulant stack is aggressive and includes more than just caffeine. If you are new to pre-workouts, start with half a scoop at most or choose a lower-stim formula instead.

What makes the 9g L-citrulline malate dose important?

L-citrulline supports arginine and nitric oxide production more effectively than oral arginine itself, which promotes vasodilation and blood flow. At 9g of citrulline malate 2:1, this is a serious pump dose and well above the token inclusions seen in many pre-workouts.

Why does Pandamic use 3.2g beta-alanine?

3.2g is the classic evidence-based daily intake used to raise muscle carnosine levels over time. Carnosine helps buffer the hydrogen ions that accumulate during hard sets, which can improve fatigue resistance once the ingredient has been taken consistently.

Will this pre-workout make me tingle?

Probably. The 3.2g beta-alanine dose is high enough that many users will feel paresthesia, the harmless tingling sensation commonly associated with this ingredient. It is normal and not a sign that something is wrong.

How should I dose Pandamic the first time?

Start with half a scoop to assess tolerance, especially if you are not already accustomed to high-stim products. A full scoop combines 350mg caffeine with theobromine and synephrine, so the total experience can be much stronger than the caffeine number alone suggests.

What does the Alpha GPC 50% yield mean on this label?

It means the 400mg raw material yields about 200mg actual Alpha GPC. That is a useful focus dose for many users, though not as heavy as some dedicated nootropic pre-workouts that use larger amounts of active Alpha GPC.

What is AstraGin® doing in this formula?

AstraGin® is NuLiv Science’s absorption support ingredient and is included here at 50mg, the standard studied dose. It is designed to support nutrient uptake by influencing intestinal transporters, making it a smart support addition in an amino-heavy formula.

Can I stack Pandamic with a fat burner or another caffeinated product?

That is usually a bad idea. With 350mg caffeine, 200mg theobromine, and 50mg synephrine already in one serving, adding another stimulant product can push the total load too high for most users.

How does this version compare to the Amazon formula?

This version is more complete. The alternate Amazon formula was missing betaine anhydrous, Alpha GPC 50%, mucuna pruriens extract standardized to 98% L-DOPA, and synephrine HCl, all of which contribute to the performance, focus, and intensity profile in the full formula.

Doctor Aphra and Luke Skywalker - An Entertaining Duo!
Format: Paperback
I've greatly enjoyed the various Marvel Star Wars series, but Star Wars: Yoda's Secret War left me a little unsatisfied.  I'm very happy to say that the next installment--Screaming Citadel--righted the course and returned the series to its high standard. Of course, this volume is not just comprised of the Star Wars series.  It also has issues from Doctor Aphra.  Obviously, the two comics crossed over with each other to deliver this story as  whole. Doctor Aphra has an ancient crystal supposedly housing the sentience of a powerful Jedi.  She needs the Queen of the Screaming Citadel to access it for her, and she needs Luke Skywalker to entice the queen into doing so.  You'll have to read the book for the details on using Luke as bait.  Doctor Aphra sells it to Luke as a chance for him to encounter an actual Jedi master, and it's a chance for her to witness a remnant of the ancient past because she is an archaeologist after all, albeit a bit of an immoral one. That's a pretty good premise to achieve what this story is really all about--watching Luke and Aphra interact.  I believe Doctor Aphra is one of the greatest additions to the Star Wars universe in decades.  She first appeared in the Darth Vader series, and she won over the audience so thoroughly that she quickly earned her own title.  Honestly, though Aphra works best when pitted against the pure of heart, or at least those on the side of the Rebels.  She's Aphra, so of course she manipulates Luke, double-crosses him, saves his skin a few times, then cheats him again.  That's just who she is. It's also interesting to see a rebellious streak in Luke as he jaunts off with Aphra without telling Han, Leia, or anyone else for that matter.  We know his dad didn't always follow protocol, so these little deviations are always revealing when Luke is concerned.  It's also fun to see him beginning to realize his power.  This particular story takes place soon after A New Hope, so Luke has not yet begun to completely understand what he has at his disposal--though this book does depict Luke having some pretty cool moments with his burgeoning abilities. We also have quite a bit of Han, Leia, and another invaluable addition to the mythology named Sana Starros.  All three get their moment to shine as Han finds more and more of the hero within, Leia further establishes herself as the capable leader she is, and Sana Starros slowly reveals more and more of her past to the reader.  Guess what?  Not only does she have deep connections to Han Solo, but it's heavily hinted that she is also tied to Doctor Aphra as well.  The specifics may surprise you. And, as always, Aphra's versions of C3PO and R2D2 steal the show.  They are named 0-0-0 and BT-1.  They are basically the murderous, demented, evil version of our favorite droids, and they are forever a delight. The story of Screaming Citadel itself is entertaining.  The art is very pleasing to the eye and keeps the plot moving at a quick pace.  At times the faces of the characters based off of real life actors look almost photo realistic, which is sometimes jarring when the rest of the panel does not look so true to life.  Of course, the best quality of the book is simply seeing all of these characters play off of each other.  It's refreshing to have such rounded, charismatic new characters as Aphra, Sana, Triple-Zero, and Bee-Tee 1 making waves with our legendary favorites.

Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid
Format: Paperback
Star Wars: The Screaming Citadel is a crossover collection of the main Star Wars comic series and the Doctor Aphra series. The Arc revolves around the Queen of The Screaming Citadel being the only one who can open a relic containing an ancient Jedi master. Aphra then teams up with Luke Skywalker and we have our crossover event. The story itself is good. A queen with parasitic bugs controlling a planet is uncharted territory for Star Wars and it works. There were great action moments, plots painting the Empire in a morally grey light than the traditional evil one. Doctor Aphra Marvel's golden girl character was funny in this and her chemistry with Luke worked. It didn't feel forced like Marvel was trying to use the Original Characters to build-up their new ones. Where this comic fails is the inconsistent art style as this is a collection you get different art with each issue. Its starts of good and then takes a nosedive in the Aphra issue in the volume. Bad art aside Screaming Citadel was an enjoyable crossover. Doctor Aphra is the best new character to come out of this new Marvel Disney run. Screaming Citadel is worth the read it was a nice crossover that delves more into the Fantasy elements of Star Wars and works as Star Wars has been Space Wizards since 1977.

What a ride.
Format: Paperback
How these two come together with the rest of the iconic characters is just so fun. Add in a Screaming Citadel and you're in for one hell of a ride. If you love Star Wars, pick it up. It could read as a stand-alone if needed. Part of the Doctor Aphra comics.
