Straight-up high-stim fat burner with 300mg caffeine and a solid adrenergic lineup.

Arsynist is a straight-up, high-stim fat burner in capsule form that ramps up energy, kicks adrenergic activity into gear, and sharpens your mind during a cut. This isn't some gentle daily pill. It's a serious stim stack with 300mg caffeine anhydrous, 200mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, 50mg synephrine HCl, 50mg higenamine HCl, 50mg hordenine HCl, and 3mg yohimbine HCl, plus some nootropic and absorption helpers. The goal? Hit you with quick nervous system buzz, crank up the heat, and make sticking to low calories easier with better drive, alertness, and hunger control.

At the heart is 300mg caffeine anhydrous – a solid hit that boosts alertness, workout power, and how energized you feel by blocking adenosine and ramping up catecholamines. You'll notice it fast, especially on an empty stomach. L-Tyrosine at 375mg helps make those catecholamines. Studies show tyrosine shines at higher doses, like grams, so this is more of a team player here, working with caffeine and other stims instead of stealing the show.

Vitamin B12 is in at 300mcg as methylcobalamin. That's way over daily needs, but it's not a stim on its own unless you're low on it. Think of it as backup for your metabolism, not the main event.

The heat and adrenergic side is no joke. Synephrine HCl at 50mg is a strong addition that helps burn more energy and curb appetite. Yohimbine HCl at 3mg blocks alpha-2 receptors, which is why cutters love it, especially for fasted cardio. Higenami

Key Highlights

  • 300mg caffeine anhydrous in two caps gives you a real stim base. You'll feel more alert, driven to train, and full of energy before cardio or weights, especially on an empty stomach.
  • 200mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl is what makes this thing hit hard. If you're after more than just caffeine vibes, this brings the mood lift, urgency, and workout aggression you want.
  • 50mg synephrine HCl is a legit dose for heat and energy burn. It works through adrenergic paths to help with appetite and pairs great with caffeine in stim formulas.
  • 3mg yohimbine HCl adds that cutting edge. Its alpha-2 blocking is why folks on fasted cardio or deep cuts grab it for a stronger fat-loss feel.
  • Paradoxine® grains of paradise at 15mg is a cool branded ingredient with real studies on boosting energy spend. It's one of the better-backed metabolism boosters here.
  • Everything's out in the open on the label – every ingredient and dose. In high-stim burners, that's huge so you know exactly how much caffeine, yohimbine, synephrine, and helpers you're getting, no prop blend guesses.
  • L-Tyrosine at 375mg backs up the stim-heavy setup. It's not the big gram doses from studies, but it fits right in for better focus and handling stress with the caffeine stack.
  • Vinpocetine at 5mg and Huperzia serrata extract at 300mcg add a focus twist. These aren't massive doses, but they help dial in that sharp, locked-in vibe cutters love.

Who Is This For?

  • Competitors on low cals needing workout fire to stay up. 300mg caffeine, 200mg 2-aminoisoheptane, synephrine, and yohimbine fight that flat, drained cut feel with more drive and urgency.
  • Seasoned fasted-cardio fans wanting a hard-hitting pill, no powder mess. Yohimbine, caffeine, and adrenergics deliver heat and hunger control before eating.
  • High-tolerance folks bored with 150-200mg caffeine burners. This layers stim paths plus tyrosine, vinpocetine, and Huperzia serrata for a tougher mindset.
  • Dieting pros who use it for gym energy and work focus. Caffeine, 2-aminoisoheptane's DMHA vibe, and nootropics handle tough low-cal days in and out of the gym.
  • Advanced lifters picking capsules for easy, exact dosing. Two caps, full formula – great for trips, pre-cardio, or ditching shakers.
  • People chasing real heat over mild boosts. Cayenne, Paradoxine® grains of paradise, synephrine, and caffeine give that quick warm-up stim fans know.

How to Use

Try 1 cap first to check tolerance, especially if new to high-stims with yohimbine, synephrine, and 2-aminoisoheptane. If good, go to 2 caps 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or your big push. Take with 8-12 oz water – don't dry swallow. Hits hardest empty stomach, but light food helps if stims bug your gut. Don't stack with other stim stuff like extra caffeine, synephrine, yohimbine, or pre's unless you're pro at it. Better to pair with non-stims like electrolytes, creatine, or protein. Tolerance builds, so cycle or use on key days, not forever. Keep in cool, dry spot with lid tight – capsules hate moisture and heat.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: Capsules mean no taste, but it's calm before the first buzz starts. Minutes 10-20: Caffeine kicks in, alertness climbs, body warms, and you feel more urgent. Minutes 20-40: Full stack hits with 300mg caffeine, 2-aminoisoheptane, synephrine, and others for peak energy and heat. Minutes 40-90: You're in the zone for training or work, with lasting drive and less hunger. After, it fades slow, but stims can hang around hours based on you. Days 1-7: Test your tolerance – no loading needed. Weeks 2-4: It's about how you adjust to the stims, so cycling keeps it fresh.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Arsynist?

A full serving of Arsynist provides 300mg caffeine anhydrous from 2 capsules. In real-world use, the stimulant effect feels stronger than 300mg alone because the formula also includes 200mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, 50mg synephrine HCl, 50mg higenamine HCl, 50mg hordenine HCl, and 3mg yohimbine HCl.

Is Arsynist a beginner-friendly fat burner?

No. This is an advanced high-stim formula with a stacked adrenergic profile, and beginners should not treat it like a mild metabolism support supplement. Starting with 1 capsule is the minimum sensible tolerance check, but many new users are better served by a lower-stim option.

When should I take Arsynist?

Take it 20-30 minutes before fasted cardio, weight training, or the most demanding part of your day. Most users get the strongest onset on a relatively empty stomach, though a light meal can reduce stomach discomfort if you are sensitive.

Can I stack Arsynist with pre-workout?

In most cases, no. Arsynist already delivers 300mg caffeine plus several additional stimulants, so stacking it with a pre-workout can push total stimulation too far. If you want to stack it, keep the add-on non-stimulant, such as creatine, electrolytes, or a pump formula without caffeine.

What does Paradoxine® do in this formula?

Paradoxine® is a branded grains of paradise extract standardized to at least 12.5% 6-paradol, included here at 15mg. It is one of the more evidence-backed thermogenic ingredients in the formula and is used to support energy expenditure and a stronger heat-producing effect.

Is the L-Tyrosine dose in Arsynist clinically dosed?

Not as a standalone tyrosine formula. The research discussed in the ingredient knowledge base often uses gram-level tyrosine intakes, while Arsynist provides 375mg. Here, tyrosine is best understood as a supporting ingredient for the stimulant stack rather than a full clinical nootropic dose on its own.

Does Arsynist use a proprietary blend?

No. One of the formula’s real strengths is full label disclosure, meaning every active ingredient and every dose is printed on the panel. That is especially valuable in a category where proprietary stimulant blends are common.

Will Arsynist suppress appetite?

Many users take formulas like this for exactly that reason. The combination of caffeine, synephrine, yohimbine, and the broader stimulant stack is designed to make cutting more manageable by increasing energy and often reducing the urge to eat.

Can I use Arsynist for fasted cardio?

Yes, that is one of the most obvious use cases for this formula. Its capsule format, 300mg caffeine, 3mg yohimbine HCl, and broader thermogenic architecture make it especially relevant for experienced users who prefer a hard-hitting pre-cardio stimulant.

How often should I use Arsynist?

Because this is a high-stim product, strategic use usually makes more sense than nonstop daily use. Frequent use can build tolerance to the stimulant experience, so many advanced users reserve it for training days, cardio sessions, or the hardest stretch of a cut.

Epson is Epic!
This review is for the Epson EcoTank ET-2903 All-in-One Color Supertanker Printer. I am having a difficult time finding enough superlative words to describe how awesome this printer is. Let me begin by saying this printer blows any competition out of the water. I have personally owned several, highly touted, printers in the past four years and either they have underperformed, had complications or had major connectivity issues. They were a source of constant frustration. Then, I was able to procure an Epson EcoTank printer in the office where I work and have loved it. So, when I saw this Epson ET-2903 EcoTank, I did not hesitate to order it. Out of the box, you receive an all in one printer, a very precise set of instructions, and 4 bottles of high quality ink in Black, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow. The printer is designed to work with the Epson Smart Panel app which guides you effortlessly through the installation and printer initialization process. Epson made this process very easy to set up, even for someone not very tech savvy. With the app, you can use your computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone to print wirelessly to your printer. The difference with this EcoTank printer versus ink cartridge/toner printers is that each color ink has a separate refillable tank well that uses fluid ink. My office Epson EcoTank ink lasts and lasts and lasts and is very economical. I expect this ET-2903 will ink will last as well. I printed out my initial test page and all is working perfectly. I then printed out a color wheel to test the colors. It printed vibrant, beautiful colors in only seconds with the capability of printing 11 pages per minute. The printer is equipped with a scanning bed to easily scan and print any documents or photos. You can also scan an import any document/picture directly to your mobile phone, tablet or computer. One of the things I have learned about printers with ink tanks is that because they use liquid ink, they work a little differently from standard ink cartridge printers. Each color tank has tubes that run from the tanks to the printhead, providing excellent quality prints each time. However, an issue with this type of printer can be that they can occasionally get clogged if they sit idle for long periods. To prevent this, under the maintenance option on the control panel, I run a nozzle check periodically that takes only seconds to run. If it appears that there is a clog, the maintenance menu has a printhead self-clean option for easy cleaning. I was impressed with how lightweight the printer is and the dimensions are perfect for smaller areas. I measured the printer to be approximately 14.2” Length x 12.5” Deep x 6.4” High and can easily sit atop a desk, printer cart or shelf. Epson got this printer right and I can honestly say if you are looking for an economical, easy to use and reliable printer, you can buy this printer with confidence. With one click on my phone, I said goodbye to clunky disposable ink cartridges that are environmentally unfriendly, and hello to refillable tanks when I placed my order. I am thrilled with this printer and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Well Designed, Prints Clearly and Accurately, Software is a Bit of a Pain To Set Up
I've never used a printer in my entire life that didn't use finicky ink cartridges that are almost more expensive than the printer itself and need to be constantly replaced; this is a breath of fresh air, despite the dangers of spilling ink and making a mess. I found filling this with ink to be really easy, since you only have to pout the ink bottle in the correct port and leave it to fill itself, which takes about 10-15 seconds. the included ink bottles really only give you enough for a complete fill: You fill it, the printer set up charges the printer with ink, and the remaining ink in the bottles can refill about to the "max" line. Still, I really like this method. The top of the printer pops open like the hood of a car, to access the filling ports. It then has to be lowered down in two stages, presumably to prevent dropping the lid on fingers, though it doesn't seem heavy enough to cause major damage to adult fingers, and I have the printer elevated away from little fingers. This thing has the tiniest little LCD screen! It's a bit tricky on the Epson website to determine which software you need specifically. Obviously, my goal is to have a wireless printer for the entire home network. Some of the software seems specifically web-based, so you could theoretically print from work to a home printer, etc., though I balked at setting up or using an email address to send print jobs to. The wireless was annoyingly tricky to set up. I am still not sure if you're supposed to connect a computer and the printer to the wifi separately, or the printer first and then the computer would automatically recognize it, or what. I did successfully connect the printer to the wifi, but couldn't install some of the Epson software - it kept failing - but a quick test did allow me to print wirelessly, so I decided to just call it good and be done. Everything I have printed has been very clear and crisp. It could be a little darker and have more contrast, but that may be how I printed, or printing from pdf. It printed without jamming or sticking, and everything came through quickly and accurately, without leaks or streaks on my paper. I haven't tried the photocopier function though, since I mainly need it for printing and not scanning.

No automatic double sided. Bulky external paper tray
Set up was easy. I didn’t like the exterior paper storage. The whole printer was slick and stealthy until it got to that obnoxious tray. Set up was easy. Printer does not have automatic duplex capabilities you have to manually flip the paper to do double sided. I also didn’t think the printing quality was great.

Sorry, Brother. Epson smashed you.
I have been a long time Epson user. I have owned their printers, all-in-ones, movie projectors, and even a receipt scanner. In all cases, I have always found them to be the best performance per dollar of any of the big guys. There kind of like Panasonic in cameras where people may talk about some other big names, but what you get per dollar is always good from them. Somewhere along the way, I got disillusioned with companies charging me $60 per pack of ink. I'd get really mad when I couldn't print black text because red or something was out. For a few years, I gave up and just went black and white laser printer. The toner was dirt cheap, and my printing cost dropped to virtually nothing. But, my ability to pront pictures was gone. No more color at all. I'd have to go to a print business if I needed color copies. Well, this finally changed that. The EcoTank is a great design. The "Eco" stands for the economic cheap ink it takes, and the "Tank" refers to the big holding tanks for the ink and give long ink life. Epson probably makes the best ink, but many manufacturers sell inks for this printer. There's none of the stupid compatability issues with cartridges. It's 2026, so of course it all connects wirelessly over WiFi. It's wonderful. The only issue is that you might have to do a little more maintenance to keep it reliable. If you let old ink carts sit too long, you could just replace them. Here that isn't an option. I've seen Youtube recommendations that say you should probably print a color page every week or two, so factor that in to keep it running well. I love it. Five stars.

Solid Printer for Regular Use
I ordered this Epson EcoTank ET-2903 because I wanted a printer that did not make me feel held hostage by tiny ink cartridges. The refillable tank system is the main reason this printer stands out. Being able to see the ink levels on the front and refill from bottles makes the whole process feel less wasteful and less stressful. Setup was straightforward. Filling the ink tanks was easier than I expected because the bottles are keyed to the right color, so you are not guessing where each one goes. I did not have a mess during setup, and that was my biggest concern with a tank printer. Print quality is strong for normal home and office use. Black text comes out clean and easy to read, and color prints are bright enough for school projects, labels, recipes, forms, and casual photo printing. It is not the fastest printer I have ever used, but the tradeoff is lower ink stress and better long-term value. The wireless printing is convenient once it is connected. I like being able to print from my phone or laptop without moving files around. The scanner and copier are also useful for everyday paperwork, receipts, and documents. A couple practical notes: this is a rear-feed paper tray style printer, so plan where you are putting it because it needs some clearance. Also, it does not automatically print double-sided, so duplex printing takes a manual flip. For value, the ink tank system is what makes this worth it. If you print regularly and are tired of buying cartridges, this is a smart home office upgrade.
