Amrut Spectrum 2022 Single Malt Whisky 700ml (ABV 50%)Amrut Spectrum, first matured in ex bourbon barrel, then transfer to a custom built barrel constructed from four different varieties of oaks. American oak with level three charring, French oak with slight toasting, Ex Oloroso Sherry stave and Ex Px Sherry stave. Nose Dried mango and vanilla lead with star anise, burnt oak, vanilla, and caramel in support. Palate Sandalwood and more vanilla appear among caraway, blackberry jam, and coconut cream.
