Disclaimer: The Summer heat means our REAL Dark Chocolate may melt en route. If the bars appear warm or melted when you receive them, simply leave them at room temperature and within several hours they will harden.
Melting can cause blooming as well which is the separation of cocoa powder from the velvety chocolate liquids resulting in a white shade on the chocolate. Blooming does not affect the healthy benefits of our bars. They are still perfectly fine to eat.
