Unlike many other formulations that under-dose methylene blue, Rejuven Blue is designed to deliver a research-based, effective range of 1-4 mg per kg of body weight per day, ensuring the full potential of this compound is realized. For those new to methylene blue, the constitution bottle simplifies preparation and ensures accurate dilution for safe, effective daily use.
Instructions:
- Simply add the powder to 500 mL of purified water in a glass or HDPE container and mix well. Optional 500 mL reusable glass container can be purchased to be filled to the top.
- Store in a cool, dark place
- Recommended to drink with a straw
- Methylene blue taken orally has a half life of about 20 hours. For optimal effects, consume roughly 8-12 hours apart, at least 5 hours away from sleeping. Ideally, it is taken upon waking and in the mid-afternoon.
- Each 1 mL is 10 mg of methylene blue. Example, dosing at 150 mg/day in 2 divided doses of 75 mg, you will draw / measure out 7.5 mL of the 1% solution
