These are great wines to be sure, but are cost prohibitive in a category too often misunderstood; Von Winning needed an entry level wine to showcase the boundless potential of their native Pfalz. “Winnings” was born: a feinherb (formerly halbtrocken) Riesling with just a touch of residual sugar and plenty of acidity to balance it out. This delicate, succulent, and fruit forward (but not sweet) Riesling really delivers the Von Winning signature without the hefty price tag!
