In a 2015 - 2021 Subaru WRX, port injection serves the primary purpose of helping to maintain a stable air-fuel mixture at lower engine speeds, leading to smoother operation during startup and low RPM driving, while also contributing to cleaning the intake valves by washing away carbon deposits, as the engine primarily utilizes direct injection technology which can sometimes leave buildup on the valves; essentially acting as a supplementary fuel delivery system to improve overall combustion quality and emissions control. 

This kit includes:

Subaru OEM Intake Manifold with BRZ manifold kit - race applications only, BRZ port injection fuel rails, secondary injector controller, fuel pressure regulator kit with fuel filter and fuel pressure gauge, fuel level sensor w/ block off plate, ID1050x fuel injectors, harness for the fuel pump hangar, and plumbing kit.
