How to brew the perfect cup
  1. Use water just off the boil - around 90°C rather than a full rolling boil.
  2. Use one heaped teaspoon per cup.
  3. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Darjeeling turns bitter quickly if over-steeped.
  4. Drink it without milk. A slice of lemon works if you want something extra.
