Cold-extracted to preserve its natural aromas and nutritional integrity, the oil displays a vibrant golden-green hue with a refined aromatic profile. On the nose, it reveals fresh notes of green olive, artichoke, and wild herbs, layered with hints of almond and freshly cut grass.
