Description

ATS Diesel 314-190-2326 68RFE Billet Pump Plate (Plate Only) Fits 2007.5-Present 6.7L Cummins DieselThe factory 68 RFE pump housing is not large enough to supply the transmission with the required oil volume that it needs to keep pressure high at low engine RPMs. This causes the 68 RFE transmission to run low on oil pressure while causing or pulling heavy loads in 4th, 5th and 6th gears. The low oil volume and pressure causes the Over Drive clutches to slip causing 5th and 6th gear failure. The other issue with the factory pump is the cast material

The factory 68-RFE pump housing is not large enough to supply the transmission with the required oil volume that it needs to keep pressure high at low engine RPMs. This causes the 68-RFE transmission to run low on oil pressure while causing or pulling heavy loads in 4th, 5th and 6th gears.

The low oil volume and pressure causes the Over Drive clutches to slip causing 5th and 6th gear failure. The other issue with the factory pump is the cast material that used is weak and unstable. The inexpensive cast material warps over time causing hydraulic cross leaks between the pump half and the steel separator plate.

These cross leaks cause many issues that end in transmission failure. Some of these issues are transmission over heating, converter clutch apply when the vehicle is stopped, Rationality codes, cooler flow loss, delayed engagement to name a few.

ATS has redesigned the 68-RFE pump to eliminate all of these issues and it’s manufactured out of Billet tool grade Aluminum. The tolerances are controlled to provide maximum oil pressure and volume.

The tight tolerances guarantee our billet pump will provide 100 percent of the pressure that the TCM is requesting during low engine RPM operation ensuring the clutch packs have adequate pressure to keep them clamped even in the worse conditions such as hot operation and low engine RPM while pulling extreme loads.

The heart of the 68-RFE transmission is the pump, installing the ATS Billet 68-RFE Pump is one of the key elements to having a reliable 68-RFE Transmission. The 314-190-2326 part number is the Billet pump housing only, it comes with the two idler pins and performance pump bushing.

This part is intended to be used with the factory pump gears. We offer the complete pump assembly, separator plate and pump gears as a different part number.

My dog's favorite
I have a 4 year old german shephard and this is her favorite ball. She often loses them and has to resort to a previous ball she used to play with, but when I line up several balls she chooses this one every time. When I tell her to search for her ball so we can go play she passes by all the other balls we have for her to look for this type. It has gotten so bad that I buy these in multiples because we play so much outside that she looses them and I almost have to order her to pick up an old ball when she can't find this one just so we can go outside. She loves to chew on this ball, I know that she could destroy it if she wanted to but she just likes to half bite on it. My dog loves this because the holes on each end make a whistle sound when you through it and she has become great at tracking it through the air via the whistle, I like it because it glows in the dark. So, in the early morning when she goes outside to the bathroom I charge the ball with a flashlight and I can watch her walk around the yard (we live out in the country and it is mostly dark all around us). Best ball for me and my dog.

Heavy chewer approved.
Style: Ball, Size: Medium (Pack of 1)
My pomsky will destroy a toy in minutes. Ropes, and the "indestructible" nylon type stuffs are no match for my furry shark. This ball has stood up to him like David. He loves the crunch and it is so much more tolerable than a squeaker. These will be a staple in his toy box - Chuckit toys are really the most durable dog toys I have found in three years.
