A plucky medium, her fame-chasing ex, and an infuriatingly handsome skeptic reporter make for a complicated love triangle—and that's before the ghosts get involved. From the #1 New York Times bestselling author of One Day in December comes the first novel in a ghost-hunting series full of romance and humor. In the leafy, charming town of Chapelwick, the Bittersweet family has been a fixture on High Street for as long as anyone can remember. Their rambling black-and-white building houses all three generations of ghost-sensitive Bittersweet women and their business, Blithe Spirits.
On her twenty-seventh birthday, Melody Bittersweet converts the disused back storeroom into her office and opens her own business. Unlike the rest of her family, she’s not taking down messages from ghosts—she’s taking them out.
Soon, the Girls’ Ghostbusting Agency takes on its first case: a grand old house that won’t sell because a trio of incumbent ghost brothers raise merry hell whenever prospective owners arrive to view it.
It soon becomes clear that there’s a whole heap of unfinished business between the Scarborough brothers—including murder—and Melody isn’t the only one trying to unravel the mystery. Leo Dark, her rakish ex and business rival, is also on the case, along with the TV crew that trails him.
To make matters worse, the sarcastic and skeptical (and annoyingly good-looking) local reporter Fletcher Gunn has his nose in the story as well. Sniffing out a way to publicly discredit the Bittersweets is his favorite assignment—and has absolutely nothing to do with his inability to resist Melody.
With her business on the line, it’s up to Melody to work out the brothers' issues, but can she protect her own very susceptible heart from Fletcher’s charm? Does she even want to?

The Yearning!
Format: Kindle
Loved this read! It was a great pallet cleanser after the normalization of “spice”.
Very cute moments, Levi is my ideal dream of a smart nerdy bf, I cried when I realized the lack of them in real life.
Dani’s internal struggle with insecurity is very realistic and made me reflect on my lived experiences (minus the romance unfortunately).
I did have my moments of rolling my eyes to the back skull at Dani being dense, but the ending made up for it!

Worth it !
I was really excited (but also nervous) to start this book, worried I might not like it. But trust me, it’s absolutely worth it!
I found myself kicking my feet every time the male main character appeared, and I loved how the story was written in such a lighthearted way. It’s refreshing, especially since so many romances nowadays lean toward darker themes, forbidden love, or enemies-to-lovers plots
The little details the author included made the book feel extra special, and the main character quickly became one of my favourites. She feels so real and relatable which made reading her story even more enjoyable
Yes, there are a few cliché moments, but honestly, that’s part of what makes the book so sweet and comforting. It’s the perfect story if you just want to relax, escape, and forget your problems for a while.
I’d especially recommend it for new readers or anyone learning the language, since it’s both fun and easy to follow
Overall, I really loved this book and highly recommend it, (and I will definitely will be getting the other book from Liana Cincotti!)

Multifamily Asset Management Involves Wearing Many Hats...! Be Prepared, Not Surprised...!
Format: Kindle
Best In Class is a great read for Sponsors/General Partners in the Multifamily Syndication space. The book gives great advice, tips, and ways to create great value with the underlying goal of being a great operator. An operator must be prepared to avoid many pitfalls that may come into play with managing the property manager as well as managing the asset. My biggest take-away is how the experienced Authors/Operators explain to be Proactive vs. Reactive. You must keep your current Tenants satisfied, new ones excited, and your Investors informed. Get the book and start learning the best ways to be a great Multifamily Asset Manager..."Irish Kevin" Savvy Acquisitions
