How to use: To get one large chicken friendly egg yolk, simply add 9ml water to 8gm egg yolk powder and mix. Egg yolk powder can be directly added into the dry ingredients and then top up any wet ingredients in a recipe to make up for the additional liquid needed. 

How many egg yolks per 100g? Dissolve 100g of egg yolk powder + 120ml of water to obtain approximately 220ml of liquid egg yolks (approximately 13 eggs)
