How to use:
Solemate Heel Repair Balm:
Clean and dry your feet. Apply the balm generously to heels, feet, and toes, paying special attention to rough, dry, or cracked areas. Allow the balm to absorb for a few minutes before wearing socks or shoes. For best results, apply after bathing.
Red Moisturizing Heel Socks:
Place Red Moisturizing Heel Socks on clean, dry feet. Adjust the socks so that the gel lining is over your heels. Wear for at least 30 minutes, or even overnight for maximum efficacy. For added benefits, apply Solemate Heel Repair Balm to your feet before putting the socks on. With clean hands, remove the socks. Hand wash to reuse up to 50 times.
