What used to require intense manual downward pressure now takes nothing more than a smooth gesture. The Hozo NeoBlade is a fully cordless, high-frequency ultrasonic cutter engineered specifically for 3D printing post-processing, miniaturized model building, and structural crafting.

Operating at an incredible 40,000 Hz ultrasonic vibrations per second, the NeoBlade acts as a frictionless force multiplier. It hums through stubborn SLA resin supports, thick genuine leather, carbon fiber sheets, and dense plastics with surgical accuracy—leaving zero frayed edges, melting, or structural distortion behind. Honored as a finalist for both the Good Design Award and the IDEA Design Award, it completely eliminates the messy cables and rapid overheating limits that plague old-school corded hobby tools.

Core Highlights

  • 40W Smart Adaptive Power: The integrated transducer actively measures the density of your medium in real-time, instantly adjusting output from 9W up to 40W to maintain a clean cutting plane without over-torquing or stalling out.
  • Dual Ergonomic Cutting Modes:
    • Precision Mode: Hold down the responsive instant-off trigger for hyper-focused, micro-pulsed cuts across delicate or complex paths.
    • Continuous Mode: Flip the toggle down to lock the ultrasonic system into steady state for long, uninterrupted slices on massive raw materials.
  • Active Micro-Turbine Cooling: The industry’s first cordless cutter featuring an internal 13,000 RPM vortex fan. Cool air is drawn through a filtered front LED vent, channeled directly over the drive PCB, and expelled via side exhaust ports. This architectural thermal design keeps the frame up to 40% cooler and entirely guards the battery from heat soak.
  • Hot-Swap Continuous Flow: Powered by a dual-cell 1300mAh swappable battery ecosystem. When a cell drains after 30 minutes of heavy cutting, use the toolless twist-lock mechanism to swap in a fresh pack within seconds.
  • Tool-Free Magnetic Safety Chuck: Swap profiles without handling exposed, razor-sharp edges. The magnetic retention system lets you twist, click, and lock fresh profiles securely into place. It ships with 6 custom shapes and features universal compatibility with standard 9mm snap-off hobby blades.

Material Thickness Calibration Guide

For optimal, frictionless cuts without overstressing the high-carbon steel elements, follow these recommended maximum thickness parameters using the standard blade profile:

  • Foam, Cardboard, Corrugated Stock: < 6.0 mm
  • Genuine Heavy Leather: 5.0 mm
  • ABS, Polycarbonate (PC), Acrylic Sheets: 4.0 mm
  • Craft Plywood, Balsa Wood: 3.0 mm
  • Polypropylene (PP), Soft Plastics: 2.0 mm
  • Carbon Fiber Plate, PCB G10: 1.0 mm

Real-World Maker Tips

  • The Power Delivery Fast-Charging Rule: To get the absolute most out of your Turbo Dock and hit that rapid 30-minute charge target, make sure you hook your charging cable up to a robust power delivery wall brick (a high-quality 65W laptop or tablet charger works perfectly). Using older, low-amperage phone charging blocks can cause slow charging cycles or power indicator faults.
  • Zero Melting Artifacts: Traditional heated hot-knives melt plastic as they pull through it, creating ugly, expanded plastic flashing that requires extra sanding. Because the NeoBlade relies entirely on microscopic ultrasonic movement rather than pure radiant heat, it slices clean through 3D printed walls with minimal friction, saving you hours of post-processing work.

Six Precision Blade Designs

Created from SK5 high-carbon steel, lasting 2-3x longer than standard blades.

  • Standard Blade — Your go-to profile for general cutting and clean everyday slicing.
  • Long Blade — Extended reach for deeper cuts through thicker materials like foam or heavy cardboard.
  • Chisel Blade — Ideal for scraping away 3D print support rafts, gouging, and flat surface flattening.
  • Mini Chisel Blade — Engineered for micro-precision chiseling and tight corner cleanups on miniatures.
  • Curved Blade — Perfect for fluid, organic radius cuts, scooping, and carving contours without snagging.
  • Double Edge Blade — Features dual cutting edges for rapid bi-directional slicing and complex patterning without rotating the tool.

Overall AMAZING moniter for the price
Size: 24"/FHD/240Hz
It dose everything it said it did without any downsides thus far. I will say having it grouped with all the other monitors in the listing kinda skews the reviews for all the monitors and the HDR 400 certification not being a real HDR value is a bit scummy for marketing however over all its a amazing monitor. virtually 0 input lantancy as far as i can tell and its more than bright enough for me. Its color calibration is a bit off by default but can be easily fixed by switching to the cool setting. I was expecting it to come with a display port cable but it only came with a HDMI cable. I would have liked to see a display port cable but i understand why its a HDMI cable. It was very easy to setup and easy to use as its just the stand, the monitor, and the HDMI and power cords. The monitor stand is nice but its obviously where Koorui cheaped out however for a monitor of this price you cant beat it.

Excellent Budget Gaming Monitor
Size: 24.5" 200Hz/FHD
I’m very impressed with this monitor for the price. The 200Hz refresh rate makes gameplay feel incredibly smooth, especially in fast-paced games. The picture quality is sharp, colors look good, and the screen size is perfect for both gaming and everyday use.

Better off saving your money for a quality brand like Acer or Samsung
Size: 24"/FHD/240Hz
If you were looking for a decent gaming monitor with a good refresh rate, you better keep looking. Honestly, I wanted to really like this thing. For $120, it ticked off a lot of great features for me: at least 120Hz refresh rate, 1080p quality, and some nifty reticule marks for FPS gamers like myself. And for a year I had no problems with it until a few days ago. The ability to control input's, power, and toggle the reticule features all lie on one singular button behind the monitor. Here lie's the issue; if that power button starts messing up, there is no way to control or turn on/off the monitor. This is exactly what happened on my unit; the power button/control went out and the monitor was basically useless. I contacted Koorui support via email, and all I got was a vague "Did you confirm the button is really broken" response. Replied back that I did, and the manufacturer has ghosted me. Basically, I HIGHLY advise you just save up a few $80 or $100 dollars and get a decent entry level gaming monitor. By going cheap with this one, you will just end up probably wearing out the power/control button and be left with an expensive paperweight. If you are DIY repair savvy, I am sure that replacing the power/control button probably is not that big of a deal. In which case, go right ahead as it is a decent monitor for the price. But with that said, having this thing break leaves you with basically no options to get it fixed and good luck trying to get a hold of Koorui for support. Sadly, this is a growing trend on buying electronic's here on amazon from smaller brand sellers. *Update* So as of writing this review, I got Koorui to reach out to me. They would agree to replace the monitor for free, but I would have to front the shipping costs. They have their operations out in California, so if you live on the east coast then expect to pay around $40-50 for shipping for the monitor all the way out there (nearly half the monitor's value). I told Koorui that this just did not make any financial sense and they offered to refund me 50% of the monitor's value. However, they have yet to specify how they will send the refund, so I am unsure of whether I will see my partial refund when this is all said and done. So know that if you do proceed to get this monitor and need to return it past the 30 day return window covered by Amazon. TLDR: just save up an extra $50-100 for a big brand gaming monitor and save yourself the headache of dealing with all of this.
