Getting in enough potassium throughout the day supports normal blood pressure, cardiovascular health, bone strength, and muscle strength. But, it is estimated that only about 2% of the population meets their potassium needs on a daily basis. As athletes, we know the importance of this electrolyte. Help regulate the balance of fluids inside and outside of your cells and keep your body healthy and hydrated with these potassium supplements!
How We Use It:
Take on tablet daily with or without food. We like to take one before our workouts to make sure to give us extra electrolytes to stay hydrated and reduce risk of cramping.
