The Red Hot Chilli Peppers formed in Los Angeles in 1983 and was founded by singer Anthony Kiedis and bassist Flea. Playing funk and psychedelic rock, the Chilli Peppers have become one of the best-selling bands in the world with hit albums such as Californication, By the Way, and Stadium Arcadium. Better than expected!
After reading the reviews about it being oversized, I was able to get the right fit that I wanted. It is on the thinner end as far as sweatshirts go, but I tend to run hot so I was quite pleased that I got a long sleeve shirt that didn’t make me sweat. Now, let me tell you about the quality …. For some reason I thought the design was just printed on it, but it’s not! The “jolly” is sewn on, and the stripes don’t look cheaper. I love the red banding at the neck, sleeves and waist. It’s so comfortable, and I got compliments on it all night. I would definitely buy it, or any of their own sweatshirts, again!
