Vinificato in modo tradizionale, viene lasciato maturare in grandi botti di rovere per circa un anno. Il Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC "Valdolmo" di Terre da Vino è un rosso tanto fresco quanto ricco di dettagli, naturalmente elegante.
A tutto pasto, ben si abbina a ricchi piatti della tradizione langarola. Oltre agli agnolotti, è ideale su qualsiasi tipo di pasta ripiena.
