The Air Lift Performance 3P System provides you with everything needed to have a bagged suspension system. The Air Lift Performance Suspension Systems provide the driver with the best of both worlds. You can achieve an aggressive stance without the inherent harshness of coil overs. With that said this suspension system is suitable for those who like to enjoy the occasional weekend track day and can wind down and slam the car at the next car meet. This kit includes 4 Air Lift Shocks that are 30-way adjustable. So you can set them to a hard setting while participating in high-performance driving events. Or you can set them to a soft setting for daily driving activities. All shocks will come with top hats, and the top hats for the front suspension are camber adjustable for those of you who need a more aggressive camber angle. The rear struts will come with their own control arms that are powder-coated black to remain corrosion resistant. To operate the air function of these struts, Air Lift has supplied one of the VIAR compressors that will come with all the required air lines, hardware, as well as fittings to make for a ready installation. Also included are height adjustment tools that allow you to adjust the height from the lower perch, then you can adjust the air in the shocks to your desired preference. Now you can get away from that 4X4 status from the factory.

Options:

Offers a variation of management kits, you have the option to now choose between 1/4 and 3/8 line, 4 or 5 gallon tanks in either raw or polished finish! If you have any questions at all about what setup would be best for you, please feel free to reach out to us!

Notes:

By Air Lift bag struts are flanged with 1/4 fittings for the bag, as a result customers who purchase a 3/8 management kit will need to also purchase 4x 21987 to ensure you are able connect the lines to the bags themselves.

    Important reading for every working woman!
    Format: Hardcover
    Let me start by saying that this isn't a genre I am normally drawn to. I usually am a fiction reader, but a trusted friend recommended this book so highly that I felt I should give it a chance. I'm so glad I put aside my hesitation, as I really feel this is a book that every woman in the American workforce should read. It is a fascinating primer in how we got where we are, and how much effort it took to gain even our somewhat compromised equality. While the legal issues involved can be a little complex, Thomas does an excellent job of breaking them down into straightforward concepts. I also really appreciated her ability to make the whole process of moving a case up through the Court of Appeals and eventually to the Supreme Court come to life. For those of us who are not in the legal profession, this process can seem mysterious, but this book made it easy to understand. By clearly and patiently laying out the facts of each case, Thomas also gives the reader the opportunity to test their own assumptions and think through the logic of the cases for themselves. For me, it was a fascinating opportunity to weigh my assumptions about my political leanings against my intellectual analysis of the facts, and I often surprised myself. All in all, I think this is an important book, and also a surprisingly accessible and engaging one. You will feel smarter and much more informed after reading it. And if you are a woman, you may well also feel grateful for those brave women (and men) who fought and struggled to make your experience in the workplace fairer.

It shows not just the impact of law on people, but the impact of people on law. These women's struggles (and those of the advocates at their side) are both infuriating and inspiring. (That was me on the subway yelling at the book, alternating between "WHAT THE HELL?!" and "YOU GO, IDA!") Read it on the train, read it on the beach; just read it. I have a zillion friends with spring birthdays, not to mention my mom (who came of working age during this gender-siloed Mad-Men-tastic era) and I'm buying it for every single one.

    I wanted to educate myself on some of the issues that are presented in this book. If you're looking for just factual case-law and supreme court decisions this is not the book you're looking for. This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.
