Anabolic Warfare Project Bulk is a capsule supp for building muscle and supporting hormones, using three main angles: plant-based growth signals, hormone help, and better nutrient flow and performance. It's not about a quick stim buzz—it's for daily use to help you pack on muscle and crush workouts over time. The lineup is straightforward: Ajuga turkestanica, Eucommia ulmoides, Smilax extract, Maral root, epicatechin, DHEA, and boron, all with full doses shown, no hidden blends.

The standout with solid backing is epicatechin at 250mg, right in the 200-300mg range from studies. Epicatechin is a flavonol that boosts nitric oxide in blood vessels and keeps it from breaking down, which means better blood flow and pumps. It's also looked at for muscle energy production, insulin use, and shifting follistatin-myostatin balance, but human muscle gains aren't fully proven yet. At 250mg, it's a real dose—you'll likely feel fuller muscles, better blood flow during sets, and maybe stronger workouts over time, not some instant magic.

DHEA at 100mg hits the high end of the usual 50-100mg from research. DHEA is a natural steroid precursor from your adrenals that your body turns into androgens and estrogens where needed. Studies show it boosts blood DHEA levels, and there's good evidence it affects other hormones, especially if your levels are low. Let's keep it real: DHEA won't turn every young guy into a beast, and proof for direct strength or size boosts is iffy. Wh

AW Project Bulk by Anabolic Warfare contains 500mg Eucommia ulmoides Bark Extract 100:1, a clinical dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 250mg Epicatechin — this is spot-on in the 200-300mg range you see in studies. It's key because epicatechin helps fire up nitric oxide in your blood vessels and keeps it going, leading to better pumps and blood flow that make your workouts feel more dialed in.
  • 100mg DHEA — a solid, high-end dose of this natural steroid precursor, not just a tiny bit. Your body converts DHEA into androgens and estrogens where it counts, making this supp way more direct for hormone support than your average herbal test booster.
  • 10mg Boron as citrate — at the top of the effective range from research, in an easy-to-absorb form. Boron helps with inflammation, handling vitamin D and minerals, and might tweak how hormones move around by interacting with sex hormone-binding globulin.
  • 500mg Ajuga turkestanica standardized for Turkesterone — the star plant extract here for muscle vibes. Human studies are still building, but lots of lifters grab it for potential help with protein building, holding onto lean mass, and bouncing back without any stim crash.
  • 500mg Eucommia ulmoides bark extract — a full half-gram of this traditional herb for toughness and performance. In this mix, it backs up the overall adaptogen and body-support game, not just sitting there for show.
  • 500mg Smilax rhizome and root extract — another hefty half-gram, no skimping. Smilax is a go-to in bodybuilding supps, and here it teams up with Ajuga and Eucommia to amp the natural muscle-building angle.
  • 100mg Maral root extract — a tried-and-true herb for handling more work and recovering faster. It's not the headliner, but it adds solid backup to the performance side of things.
  • No proprietary blend — every key ingredient's dose is right there on the label. In a world of shady 'anabolic complexes' hiding weak stuff, this builds real trust.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders bulking hard who want daily muscle support without stims. Ajuga turkestanica, epicatechin, DHEA, and boron help with workout quality, pumps, and hormones as you ramp up calories and volume.
  • Intermediate guys on push/pull/legs or upper/lower splits with basics like creatine and protein covered. This adds epicatechin for flow, boron/DHEA for hormones, and plants for body comp tweaks.
  • Strength athletes off-season, building volume without extra caffeine. Stim-free means it fits evening sessions or alongside your coffee/pre without overload.
  • Vet supp users eyeing turkesterone and natural anabolics but hate hidden doses. Full disclosure on epicatechin, DHEA, and boron at real levels makes this easier to trust than hype products.
  • Lifters 30+ feeling slower recovery and drive, needing more than basic herbals. 100mg DHEA and 10mg boron bring direct hormone help over weak tribulus options.
  • Busy folks or travelers training serious but skipping powders. Three caps daily is easy to stick with, and steady use beats big one-time effects.

How to Use

Down 3 capsules as your daily serving. On gym days, time it 20-30 minutes pre-lift for epicatechin to hit during sets, or with a small meal 45-60 minutes before if you prefer food with supps. Rest days, same dose at your usual time to keep things steady. With 100mg DHEA, no need to half-dose like with stims, but if you're sensitive, start with 1-2 caps for a few days to test. Wash down with water, not dry. Food's optional but can ease any tummy stuff. Pairs well with creatine, whey, EAAs, or your pre/pump stuff, but skip stacking other DHEA or hormone supps unless you're sure. Use it daily through a training block, not just for kicks. Keep it cool and dry, lid on tight.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: just swallowing pills, no stim hype to wait for. 10-30 minutes: probably no big 'on' feeling, but some get a light warmth or fullness heading into lifts from epicatechin's flow boost. 30-90 minutes: in the workout, you might notice better pumps and a more solid feel, not crazy energy. Days 1-7: keeps it low-key since no stims or instant wins. Weeks 2-4: here's the payoff—workouts feel stronger, gym time more consistent, and bulking smoother with diet and sleep on point. After that, it's best for ongoing use in a focused phase, not random days.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is Project Bulk?

Project Bulk is a daily capsule-based anabolic-support formula built around Ajuga turkestanica, epicatechin, DHEA, boron, Eucommia, Smilax, and Maral root. It is not a pre-workout and not a stimulant product; it is designed to support muscle gain, training quality, and hormone-related physiology over consistent use.

How much DHEA is in Project Bulk?

Each 3-capsule serving provides 100mg of DHEA. That sits at the top end of the common clinical range and gives the formula a more direct endocrine-support profile than most herbal-only bulking products.

Is the epicatechin dose in Project Bulk actually meaningful?

Yes. Project Bulk includes 250mg epicatechin, which falls directly in the 200-300mg range most often discussed in the literature. That is a serious dose for supporting nitric oxide-related blood flow and vascular function, even though the human hypertrophy data is still evolving.

Does Project Bulk contain caffeine or stimulants?

The verified active formula does not list caffeine, and the product is best treated as stim-free. That makes it easy to stack with coffee, a separate pre-workout, or an evening training schedule without adding stimulant burden.

Should I take Project Bulk every day or only on training days?

Every day is the better protocol. This formula is built around cumulative support from DHEA, boron, epicatechin, and the plant extract complex, so consistency matters more than only taking it before workouts.

How long does Project Bulk take to work?

Most users should think in weeks, not minutes. You may notice improved workout fullness relatively quickly from epicatechin, but the overall value of the formula is in 2-4 weeks of consistent use alongside hard training, adequate protein, and a calorie-appropriate diet.

Can I stack Project Bulk with creatine and protein?

Yes, and that is one of the smartest ways to use it. Creatine supports phosphocreatine replenishment and strength output, protein supplies the amino acid substrate for growth, and Project Bulk is designed to improve the internal environment supporting those adaptations.

Is Project Bulk allowed in tested sports?

Use caution. DHEA is prohibited by many drug-tested sport organizations, so tested athletes should verify the rules of their federation before using this product.

What makes Project Bulk different from a standard testosterone booster?

Most testosterone boosters rely mainly on herbs and minerals. Project Bulk goes further by including 100mg DHEA, 250mg epicatechin, and a broader anabolic-botanical matrix featuring Ajuga turkestanica, Eucommia, Smilax, and Maral root.

Is Project Bulk beginner-friendly?

Not really. The capsule count is simple, but the formula itself is more advanced because it includes DHEA and ingredients that make the most sense for users who already have training, recovery, and base supplementation handled.

Great saga!
Format: Kindle
I love this series! It is beautifully painted, has good dialogue, and has a very compelling narrative. I cannot help but like the protagonist, Kir Kanos. He is brave, unselfish, noble, determined, and deadly. Even if his primary goal is to exact vengeance for the killing of the truly evil Palpatine, I cannot help but cheer for him. This is truly a compelling read that refuses to be put down.

Just an OK read
Format: Kindle
I was not aware when I purchased this that it was a Graphic Novel, I really wish that in the blurb about these products it was made very clear that you are buying a Graphic Novel. I like reading, not viewing the written word. Since I got this via Kindle there was no shipping issues. Maybe the Graphic Novels should have their own category, so that we don't end up with things we don't want.

"Thus die all traitors."
Format: Hardcover
At a grand 504 pages, this big book covers the Crimson Empire series in its entirety. Containing the first, second, and third mini-series as well as Bounty Hunters: Kenix Kil, Dark Horse Extra #21-24 "Hard Currency", and Dark Horse Presents #1 "Third Time Pays for All". While some of these stories truly pale in comparison to the original series, they all still form a big story that is collected in this book. Slightly smaller than a regular TPB, this hardcover edition looks nice with a dustjacket (although mine was very off-center) but utilizes a glued binding on this thick book so you lose a bit to gutter loss. The first story in the book is the classic Crimson Empire series. The six-issue series is collected here in full with a truly timeless story by Randy Stradley and Mike Richardson. Paul Gulacy did the awesome art within the issues. The writing and art work well together with the vibration of the blades to the movie-like, choreographed 12-page fight scene between Kanos and Jax at the end. A truly epic tale with lots of action and mystery that made you feel like you were watching another Star Wars movie but condensed into six issues of a comic book! This alone is worth the purchase price but you get even more stories after this! Bounty Hunters: Kenix Kil follows the Crimson Empire in a tale following Kir Kanos after the end of the Crimson Empire series and was the third issue in the Bounty Hunters series. Kir becomes the bounty hunter Kenix Kil to move through a bounty hunter-filled planet and get what he needs and get out alive! Javier Saltares did the penciling while Randy Stradley reprised his role for the story. The story's short but tells a bit more about Kir and his journey. The drawings, while not as good as the first series, look good enough to get the story across. Crimson Empire II: Council of Blood is next directly following the first series as Kir Kanos, as Kenix Kil, continues his quest to destroy what's left of the traitorous Imperial leaders. However, the return of an old friend side-tracks his quest and brings him to an even bigger journey! The old writing team of Mike Richardson and Randy Stradley return in this story as well as the original artist Paul Gulacy. The art's great and the story, though a bit dense, works well. There isn't quite as much action this time around but the story's just as good. The Zanzibar creatures are one of the creepiest things you'll ever see in a Star Wars comic, too! Next up is the very short four-part comic entitled Hard Currency that appeared in Dark Horse Extra #21-24. The comic is written by Randy Stradley so you know the writing's done well but the art is by Isaas Buckminister Owens and is one God-awful mess. The characters are horribly out of proportion and it looks extremely cartoony. It's very, very short with only a few pages but even if you get past the art, the comic reads like a calendar with the book turned on its side. So, the whole process of reading this out of a 500+ page book is just annoying. I know they probably couldn't print it any other way but it's still inconvenient. However, what you get is a neat story wrapping up the fate of a character that has ran through the first two series and a bit more about Kir's alter ego Kenix Kil. Unlisted, the book appears to start with the third main series but actually contains an 8-page prequel comic that originally appeared in Dark Horse Presents #1 entitled The Third Time Pays for All. The writing has Randy Stradley again and, thankfully, Paul Gulacy on art duty (although his other works here were better). Once again, a short glimpse into the life of (a newly outfitted) Kenix Kil on a bounty-hunting mission while he reminisces about his past run-ins with Mirith Sinn. Mike, Randy and Paul continue their work with the Crimson Empire III: Empire Lost where Kir Kanos rejoins Mirith Sinn one last time to thwart an Imperial thug from destroying the New Republic and the New Empire in one fell swoop! Leia, Luke, Han, and Chewie appear in this tale as well as Boba Fett to round out a classic cast. The art's great, once again, and the writing, while probably my least favorite of the series, is still pretty good with an epic fight between Kir and Devian. At the end of the book, we get the Crimson Empire Handbook entries on some of the characters as well as a few more covers to gawk at. While this hardcover book looks really nice, Dark Horse still fails to make a truly great edition for this series through the book itself. The contents are great but the small size and lack of comic covers are disappointing. Sadly, that's just how Dark Horse releases their hardcovers and TPBs. But, if you're looking to read the Crimson Empire books, this is the one to get!
