Rosso rubino scuro, al naso esprime grande ricchezza ed intensità ed un profilo caratterizzato da note di ciliegia, frutti di bosco, agrumi e sottili sentori di erbe aromatiche. In bocca è fresco, elegante, leggermente astringente e decisamente equilibrato, appagante. Chiude con un leggero ritorno fruttato per un finale di grande persistenza.

Il "Contrario" rappresenta un nuovo modo di interpretare le varietà autoctone del territorio. Un vino che non matura per anni in botte ma che anzi, per esaltare le parti più fresche, affina solo in acciaio e cemento. L'Umbria Rosso IGT "Contrario" di Antonelli è un vino godibile, giovane e di gran beva, che dimostra quanto il territorio offra un vitigno capace di regalare bicchieri anche molto diversi tra di loro. Da provare.

Fresco e strutturato, il "Contrario" di Antonelli è vino che ben si accompagna a primi piatti saporiti, magari legati al territorio di origine come una zuppa di farro.
