The chess pieces are hand-carved and turned from solid alabaster, presented in a classic Stuanton design and polished to a high gloss. Simply beautiful to play on and equally to admire.
Please note that alabaster is a natural material, not manufactured and as such may have speckles and marks that look like flaws, but are actually natural peculiarities of the stone.
