All-around male support with clear doses and blood flow help.

NutriFitt Phage is an all-in-one male performance and hormone support capsule. It boosts androgen levels, tweaks the hormone setup for free testosterone and estrogen balance, cuts down stress, and improves blood flow so you feel it in the gym and daily life. This isn't just a simple test booster. It's a multi-angle formula with key micronutrients, adaptogens (herbs that help your body handle stress), botanicals, hormone helpers, and a blood flow blend.

It starts with Vitamin D3 at 50mcg and Zinc Citrate at 30mg. Vitamin D helps with hormone function, immune strength, and overall energy, and 50mcg is a solid daily amount, not just for show. Zinc at 30mg is at the high end of the 11-30mg range from studies, and it's key for enzymes in cell signals, protein building, and reproductive health. Zinc citrate absorbs well, so this is a real player here.

The androgen support is strong. Fadogia Agrestis at 1000mg is a big dose you see in newer natural test formulas, but human studies are still limited compared to staples like Tongkat or Ashwagandha. So it's exciting but not fully proven yet. Tongkat Ali extract 100:1 at 300mg feels great for stressed guys looking for libido, workout drive, and hormone toughness. Zenha™ Ashwagandha at 300mg with 5% withanolides handles cortisol (stress hormone); dropping chronic stress makes a big difference in how this stuff hits in real life. Fenugreek seed extract at 500mg with 50% saponins is spot on for male vitality formulas, with studies backing libido, training mot

Key Highlights

  • 50mcg Vitamin D3 plus 30mg Zinc Citrate build a strong base for guy health. These aren't just thrown in; they help with hormone function, immune strength, and energy, and the zinc is at the top of the studied range.
  • 1000mg Fadogia Agrestis gives Phage that bold punch you see in new male formulas. Human studies aren't as solid as Tongkat or Ashwagandha, but this dose is serious and meant to drive results, not just look good on the label.
  • 500mg Fenugreek seed extract with 50% saponins is exactly what you want in a solid men's product. This dose and spec often link to better libido, workout motivation, and overall guy energy.
  • 300mg Tongkat Ali 100:1 is a killer dose for guys under stress who need real help. Tongkat stands out for libido, drive, and hormone bounce-back, especially when you're pushing hard with life's demands.
  • 300mg Zenha™ Ashwagandha with 5% withanolides brings adaptogen power without the fluff. It helps because ongoing stress and high cortisol can kill recovery, motivation, and performance even if your training and food are dialed in.
  • 400mg EndoSurge® sets Phage apart from hormone-only formulas. With Black Ginger, Pine Bark, and Ginkgo, it boosts nitric oxide, blood vessel health, and small blood flow so you notice it in how you feel, not just in theory.
  • 100mg DIM fits right in the 100-200mg studied range for estrogen handling. This makes Phage smarter than products that pump testosterone but skip the estrogen part.
  • 150mg Calcium D-Glucarate teams up with DIM to help clear hormones. This combo shows smart thinking: one guides metabolites, the other helps your body process and dump old hormones.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys on structured hypertrophy plans wanting more than basic libido help. Phage delivers hormone support from Tongkat Ali, Fenugreek, Zinc, Vitamin D, and Boron, plus EndoSurge® for blood flow that makes sessions feel solid.
  • Lifters in their 30s and 40s training hard but feeling stress, recovery slips, and energy dips compared to younger days. Zenha™ Ashwagandha, Tongkat Ali, Shilajit, and key nutrients match that by hitting stress and guy performance.
  • Busy workers juggling long days and gym time. Stim-free means it fits without messing sleep or recovery with extra caffeine.
  • Dudes prioritizing libido, confidence, and male energy over just lifts. Fenugreek, Tongkat Ali, Fadogia, Shilajit, Zinc, Vitamin D, and Boron make this fuller than single-focus products.
  • Athletes who get that estrogen balance is key with test support. DIM at 100mg and Calcium D-Glucarate at 150mg give Phage a smarter hormone angle than basic boosters.
  • Folks who like adaptogen stacks for building benefits over time, not instant highs. Phage ramps up with daily use via Ashwagandha, Tongkat, nutrients, and hormone helpers.

How to Use

Take 5 capsules as your daily serving. With 30mg Zinc and lots of botanicals, have it with a meal to keep your stomach happy, especially if it's sensitive. On workout days, 30-60 minutes before can line up EndoSurge® for blood flow during lifts, but it's not essential. If you're new to big hormone caps, ease in with 2-3 for 3-4 days, then full up. Stacks well with creatine monohydrate, protein, electrolytes, fish oil, and your pre-workout choice. Skip stacking with other high-zinc or hormone stuff unless you're planning it. Use daily for 3-4 weeks to judge, since adaptogens, nutrients, and estrogen helpers need steady time. No hard cycling like stims, but many do 8-12 weeks on, then a short break to check baseline. Keep it cool, dry, and sealed.

What to Expect

First few days on Phage are low-key—no stim kick, no energy spike, no big sign. If you take it before training, EndoSurge® might give a light vascular boost or better session readiness, but that's not the main vibe. Days 4-7 build routine: it starts feeling like steady support, not a one-off. By weeks 2-3, Ashwagandha, Tongkat Ali, Fenugreek, Zinc, Vitamin D, and Boron can show in stronger drive, steadier libido, and less stress pull. DIM and Calcium D-Glucarate work behind the scenes on hormone balance over time. Weeks 3-4 are when most guys can tell if it's really lifting vitality and workout readiness.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is NutriFitt Phage designed to do?

Phage is a daily male performance and hormone-support formula. It combines foundational nutrients like Vitamin D3 and Zinc with botanicals such as Fadogia Agrestis, Tongkat Ali, Fenugreek, Ashwagandha, and Shilajit, then adds DIM, Calcium D-Glucarate, Boron, and EndoSurge® to support estrogen metabolism, circulation, and overall vitality.

Is NutriFitt Phage a stimulant product?

No. Despite the metadata flag, the disclosed formula shows no caffeine or classic stimulant ingredients, so this functions as a stim-free hormone-support product. That makes it easy to stack with coffee or pre-workout without doubling up on stimulants.

How much Zinc is in Phage, and is it a meaningful dose?

Phage provides 30mg Zinc as zinc citrate, which is the top end of the established 11-30mg clinical range. Zinc is one of the most important foundational inclusions in a male-support formula because it is involved in hundreds of enzyme systems tied to cellular function, immunity, and reproductive health.

Why are DIM and Calcium D-Glucarate in a testosterone-support formula?

Because better hormone support is not just about pushing one side of the equation. DIM at 100mg is included to influence estrogen metabolism toward more favorable metabolites, while Calcium D-Glucarate at 150mg supports hormone clearance pathways, making the formula more balanced and more intelligently designed than one-dimensional test boosters.

What makes EndoSurge® important in this formula?

EndoSurge® is a 400mg endothelial and circulation complex made from Black Ginger, Pine Bark, and Ginkgo. It targets nitric oxide production, PDE5-related signaling, and microcirculation, giving Phage a blood-flow and vascular-performance component that most hormone products do not have.

How long does Phage take to work?

This is not a stimulant product, so the main benefits are cumulative rather than immediate. Some users notice improved training feel or vascularity early from EndoSurge®, but the fuller effects of Ashwagandha, Tongkat, Fenugreek, Zinc, Vitamin D, Boron, DIM, and Shilajit are better judged after 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use.

Can I take Phage with pre-workout?

Yes. Since the formula is stim-free, it stacks very well with either caffeinated or non-stimulant pre-workouts. This is actually one of its strengths: you can keep Phage as your daily hormone-support base and use your pre-workout separately based on training needs.

Is Fadogia Agrestis well supported by research?

It is one of the more controversial ingredients in modern male-support formulas. At 1000mg, Phage gives it a real seat in the formula, but human clinical evidence is still limited compared with ingredients like Ashwagandha, Fenugreek, Zinc, and Tongkat Ali, so it should be viewed as a high-interest inclusion rather than the sole reason to buy the product.

Should I take Phage with food or on an empty stomach?

Most users will do better taking it with food, especially because the formula contains 30mg Zinc and a sizable botanical load. Taking it with a meal can improve comfort and is a smart default unless you already know you tolerate zinc-containing capsule formulas well.

Does Phage need to be cycled?

There is no caffeine or stimulant tolerance issue here, so strict cycling is not required in the way it often is with high-stim products. Many experienced users still run hormone-support formulas like this for 8-12 weeks, then take a short break to reassess baseline response before continuing.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.
