The wine displays sour cherry aromas with notes of leather and wood, gaining complexity and spicier nuances as it ages. Pinot Noir from Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru tends to be more masculine than Chambolle-Musigny but softer than Gevrey-Chambertin. The 2019 vintage has a drinking window of 2024-2031.
