Story

I have a friend, Cyril Aster, who shares photos from the area around my home village of Kitkatla (Gitxaala). Cyril shared a photograph of a Lone Bull orca in Grenville Channel, which moved me to create. I'm thankful for old friends who share a love of the outdoors and the sea.

The Orca and the Eagle, Raven, and Wolf are one of our clans. My father and my Grandmother, Kathleen Collinson Vickers, were Orcas.

Many stories are passed on through generations of the Orca, which has helped to teach our people. Stories of rescued people, stories of enlightening people, as in my latest book, Orca Chief. All the stories teach us the laws of our people, which are founded on love and respect.

So many memories and stories come through this creation of Lone Bull.

Nice fall shirt
The material on this is great. Its soft and smooth. The fit is nice around the chest and stomach, although the sleeves seem a bit too long for me (I'm 5'9 and ordered the large). Its not very thick, so it's a nice early fall, late spring shirt. The only thing I don't like is that the fabric retains wrinkles. If this isn't hung up while warm, it will hold on to wrinkles
