Pharaoh Mino has passed away, and his eldest son, Pharaoh Mido, now ascends to the throne. Unhappy with the simple design of his father’s pyramid, Mido is determined that his own resting place will be grander and more reflective of his majesty. He has commissioned 2-4 architects to build lavish pyramids adorned with jewels—called pyramidos. The architect who creates the most impressive pyramido will be named Vizier and gain unimaginable wealth and power.

Pyramido is a tile-placement game where each stage of the pyramid creates new connections. Players take turns selecting from available dominoes to build their pyramid. To earn the most points, players need to match jewel icons on the dominoes and place their markers of the corresponding colors to activate scoring areas. Each domino choice and placement significantly affects the score, as earlier stages influence the scoring throughout the game.
